He seemed to be struggling and we were patient, another couple came in and he asked us if we were okay if he greeted them and came right back, 10 minutes later we were still waiting. He came back fooled with the computer briefly asked if he could check on the other guests and when he came back would call for "IT support". We waiting another 10-15 minutes while he showed the other guests around the store, picked up our stuff and left. 45+ minutes of my life I won't get back.

I believe it says something good about a company, when even the phone service people stay on for several years. Bonus, Brianna input the price at the New YEAR's sales level which was 35% less than what was showing on the Web-site. 2. The delivery was coordinated. I was given a 4-hour window, sent a reminder, and updated with a 30-minte and 10-minute arrival time. 3. The Delivery men were strong, professional and courteous.
