No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up??
