They misplaced essential hardware, leaving multiple beds unusable, and even weeks later we're still finding damaged items. Despite having our full inventory in advance--and after we moved some items ourselves--they arrived with an undersized truck and had to make multiple trips, resulting in unfair extra charges for time and mileage.
