Rob is simply the best--knowledgeable, patient, and reliable. He's been my go-to person for a quarter century, and there's a reason I keep coming back: he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about solving problems. Francis Cioffi, who was Rob's manager for many years, has also been incredibly helpful throughout the years. Both Rob and Francis have an encyclopedic knowledge of products and always take the time to find the right solution. This past Sunday really showcased what makes this team exceptional. I brought a friend in who was having issues with her two-month-old Acer Aspire. David Merritt was able to push through a replacement and arrange for the hard drive transfer. Francis made sure the hard drive got to tech support quickly so we wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Then Rob worked through the hard drive replacement and did extensive troubleshooting--nothing about this repair was straightforward, but he stuck with it until everything was working properly.
