The owner lied to me and site they would build it from scratch but they used a template. I had to "babysit" the guys working on it just to prevent an even bigger mess. And after seeing their portfolio of cilents' work I had no doubt that they were the best all around firm for rebranding our logo and for helping to setup a photo shoot to get some much needed creative on our website. Unfortunately my company made the decison not to move forward with the enagement, even after we had agreed to do the work together. The folks at King were more than gracious to make us feel comfortable about the decision. I regreat that we were not able to get the funds for this project to happen, as it's much needed, but even more I regret not being able to continue to work wtih Mike and his highly creative team. Where do I begin?!…read more I met Sean and Kate at a networking meeting, when they said graphic designs my eyes lit up. I was searching for someone for 3 years. I already had my logo but my other print marketing needed a professional touch. They weren't pushy or salesy. They were just mellow and smiling. I told Sean my ideas and stuff that I liked which was kinda all over the place and I knew it. Sean came to my office took a look around and then created the most awesome mailer post card. I needed a professional look to my gift certificates also. Sean recommended I redo my business cards and brochure to match everything. Kolbedesign really pulled my branding together with gentle recommendations. Which all made sense. They think of everything you don't think of for designing, branding and marketing. Kolbedesigns has outstanding customer service, great prices for the quality and perfection in their work, execution and delivery of services in a timely manner. I always recommend and will continue to recommend them to other small business professionals.

They repeatedly called outside of the times I provided, dragged out the audit far longer than necessary, and then refused to share basic findings unless I created a PowerPoint for them.
