Having been referred, and Needing to drive halfway across county the following morning, I felt more comfortable after speaking to the young Russian gentleman with a bob and the business owner (both reassuring me it was a routine procedure), i consented. 90 minutes later I have a phone that stayed turned on overnight and doesnt burn my hand when touched. As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill ! Thank you, young gentlemen at Mr. Fix!

These guys are awesome. Needed artwork for a large private party and within a day we were shown concepts, then revisions, then our final (incredible, eye-catching, creatively unique) invitations. This was an especially difficult year for our son because he was diagnosed with cancer and beat it. I visited Grin and Wear It three days before my son's 16th birthday. I was greeted by Mary Beth Mungnier. I described to her the tee shirt design. Within 24hrs, she sent me the most beautiful sample design. She told me, I'm trying hard to get this to you by his birthday. I let her know anything she could do would be greatly appreciated. The next day, Mary Beth let me know she could get me the customized tee shirt on my son's birthday but in a different color. The news was music to my ears. Later that afternoon, I arrived at Grin and Wear It to pick up my son's special present. When Mary Beth showed me the tee, I began to cry. In that moment, I realized how grateful I was to be celebrating my son's 16th birthday. He is a cancer survivor! I'm thankful everything worked out positively for my son and family. Mary Beth asked me why I was crying. I shared my son's cancer diagnosis and journey to survivorship with her. Mary Beth began to cry as well. She listened to me as I explained my feelings of gratitude. In that moment, Mary Beth made a decision to give me the tee shirt as a gift of life for my son. I was completely floored by her act of caring and kindness. In that moment, Mary Beth took care of a stranger, a mother, a women. She helped in my healing from a extremely stressful experience. I'm thankful for Grin and Wear It. I'm thankful for a local business that provides a phenomenal service. I'm thankful for a kind woman who put caring before business.
