We had a last minute print job pickup for the funeral of a close family member the next day. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and realized that what we ordered didn't make sense (completely our fault) and we would need a do-over. Without missing a beat, the lone printing staff member looked at us and offered to do a reprint. She worked with us to get the job done right and expressed genuine care and compassion. The cashier also waited patiently for us to get the order completed and could not have been nicer - he even showed me how to download the app and get a coupon. Bonus! The staff was so amazing. We felt truly touched. I also plan to write to Staples corporate office. They need to figure out how to clone the staff at this Staples.
