Guess what, you can get your fingerprints done at certain UPS locations. I chose the Springfield location over the Haverford because, honestly, Chik-Fil-A, not gon lie. They have a cauliflower sandwich that I wanted to try but that's irrelevant to the story. At the tip of the parking lot of a super quaint shopping plaza there was the UPS store, not to be confused with the USPS location also in this plaza on the opposite end. Strangely enough, it's next to an Omaha Steaks, which until that day, I thought was only online/catalogue, like SkyMall. Even more strange was people actually leaving Omaha Steaks with large brown shopping bags filled with what I can only assume were cuts of beef. Again, irrelevant. I entered into this superbly clean UPS location and walked passed the long wall of mailboxes and directly to the counter. A young man whose name tag read "RJ" greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed fingerprints done and he requested my ID and accompanying docs. We walked over to a kiosk where he scanned the docs, made a few entries on the screen, asked for my confirmation and then it was my turn to press my fingers. The first was practice (the key is to apply the appropriate amount of pressure. The next sets went over smoothly and RJ confirmed I was all set. I got my docs and and a confirmation sheet and was on my way. Entire process took about 10 minutes. I've had to go to a few different UPS stores in the last few weeks, generally to return some Amazon items. The transactions are always simple and straightforward and the counter person rarely has to say much. This time, I needed instruction and RJ was pleasant and knowledgeable. Remarkable really, so much so that I wrote a review for a store I may never have cause to return to. Unless the government wants to give me another promotion

The tow arrived quickly and the operator was polite, only problem is that she damaged my jeep when trying to get intyo neutral. The transmission was seized up. She also set the handbrake so hard the shop could not release it. The damage to the jeep was close to $1,000.00!! I submitted the damage claim form and they denied the claim without talking to the shop, me or the tow trcuk driver!! Some investigation!! I appealed the decision which I new was a joke. Two days later appeal denied?? Ok so small claims clourt here we come. Let me take more time out of my day to fight a service that I thought would be there. They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and kind! I asked a bunch of questions and they were able to confidently answer each one. They flew through the process and I couldn't believe how simple they made such a complicated task. They have also implemented great procedures to promote safety during COVID-19 including limiting the number of people inside and using plexiglass shields as a barrier. I don't think I'll need to go back here anytime soon but I will be recommending it to anyone who does!

The detailed story: My son bought a motorcycle, and Jackie at Ennis performed the state-to-state title transfer (DE to PA), completed form MV-1 (Application for Certificate of Title), notarized the bill-of-sale, submitted PA registration, issued a new PA tag, and even applied for my son's current address to be updated on his license. And here's the part for which I will be forever grateful to Jackie: Tuesday, May 5th, we had traveled 2 hours from Harrisburg, and had originally planned to complete the purchase and transfer the vehicle at Wiggins Auto Tags (954 E Baltimore Pike Kennett Square), which was closer to the seller, and supposed to be open until 8. I called Wiggins the day before to confirm they would be open until 8. At 6:50, we pulled into the parking lot at Wiggins, and they were closed! A sign on the door stated they were closed, and would resume normal hours the next day. Very grateful to the seller as well, who discovered the closure before we arrived and had contacted Jackie at Ennis. Ennis normally closed at 7, but Jackie graciously agreed to stay open. It took us 15 minutes to redirect to the Ennis location, and we arrived about 7:15. Jackie was finishing up with another customer, and then helped us, and we finished up our transactions around 8:15. Jackie gave up an hour of her night to save us having to reschedule and travel another 4 hours round-trip. Jackie's is performance is outstanding. She is profusely knowledgeable and efficient, and all with a pleasant and wonderfully friendly nature. Thank you, Jackie!!
