We re-opened the investigation with banking and insurance. Our home might collapse due to the contractor's negligence and they won't help us at all. She also set the handbrake so hard the shop could not release it. The damage to the jeep was close to $1,000.00!! I submitted the damage claim form and they denied the claim without talking to the shop, me or the tow trcuk driver!! Some investigation!! I appealed the decision which I new was a joke.
