I loved that the two times I called I spoke to two different women who were very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what I needed to bring. The process itself went smoothly, and I felt taken care of. It was handled in an extremely professional manner from start to finish. Buying out my leased Corolla has been a bigger P.I.T.A. than I ever imagined. Seeking out a decent loan, getting together the paperwork needed by the credit union to finalize the loan, trying not to crack under the pressure of the time crunch (this all needs to be done by next Saturday, and I work 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. every day)...I'm going more than a little crazy. They were helpful, answered every stupid question I had like it was the greatest question they had ever heard. Maybe they down a lot of 5-Hour energy, because I have no idea how anyone can be that pleasant and friendly at 7:30 p.m. after working all day! You ladies were great. read more

I just want to sincerely thank Maureen who works here. I was robbed over the weekend and the lovely person stole everything I had. It has been a complete hassle since. I had to start by getting a new license (seems simple enough). Every other auto tag place, 2 different DMV's, and multiple phone calls, I was being told I couldn't be helped for reasons such as, "that department is only open this day through this day", or, you have to bring charlene a pumpkin pie in order to speak to this person, or that's not our issue, or maybe if you didn't keep your ID in your wallet. All of these people treated me like I was the criminal in this situation. However, when I walked into Havertown Auto Tags, Maureen said she wasn't able to print me out a license (which I knew), but that she could have one mailed in 2 days. She also gave me a notarized slip of paper saying I had my license stolen and that one was on its way. Fast forward the next day, I get a phone call saying it was here! She must have over nighted the request! I could not believe it! Not only did her simple gesture of the slip of paper (in case I got pulled over) but the incredibly fast service was more meaningful to me than she can ever imagine. This was the only place that has helped me in this whole experience. Thank you for being human and most likely just doing your job, but you have no idea how much that means to me!
