What tax was owed? What Form to use from PennDOT? Well all I had to do was show up at Laughlin and Damon took care of EVERYTHING. This was a complicated transaction as my mom had recently died and her name was also on the title, there was a typo in my dad's middle initial on the title, etc. With great patience and courtesy, Damon got everything done in record time. The Experience: * Zero Intake Tracking: Original physical credentials sat in their office for seven full business days with zero intake logging, no receipt confirmation, and completely ignored status inquiries. * Forced Regulatory Escalation: Processing was initiated only after I delivered a formal compliance notice citing state regulatory oversight bodies (PA Department of State, Bureau of Consumer Protection) and copied institutional leadership. * Unprofessional Conduct: When held accountable for operational failures, the owner resorted to passive-aggressive sarcasm, defensive deflection, and childish tone-policing rather than taking professional responsibility. Recommendation: If you are an international student or professional operating on strict institutional portal deadlines, seek alternative notarization services. The lack of basic administrative logging and high-friction communication make this service a severe operational liability.
