For over 25 years, Exton Auto Tags has provided my company excellent service with a very fair fee structure. Megan and her staff are knowledgeable and helpful, particularly to customers who are new to Pennsylvania. Try them once and you will never go anywhere else. read more

I needed a two minute job of notarizing a letter. I walked in with letter and I.D. in hand along with a small soft-side crate containing my small dog. When the young woman at the desk heard his tags rattle, she asked if I had a dog there. I said I did - he's in a crate. She told me they don't allow dogs there. That is absolutely their right but they might want to mention that on the website. I read it to see what I needed. I said, "Thanks - I'll take this somewhere else as it's 85 degrees out and I can't leave him in the car." She said nothing. I took the dog and went to Wiggins Auto Tags two minutes down the street. No problem with crated dog. They notarized the letter for $5 and offered me a free copy for my files. I'm not someone who takes a dog into restaurants or libraries or anywhere else that might be problematic but why wouldn't you mention the "no dog" policy somewhere as a courtesy. read more

Megan definitely knows her stuff. Go to Exton Auto Tags for all titles or notary needs. They are so kind and super helpful!!!

This is a tiny little place, but the woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and completed my paperwork quickly. Please note, they do not accept credit/debit cards, so you need either cash or a check. read more

I just needed their notary service and after several failed stops at the 3 UPS Stores in the area they took me as a walk in and I was out in under 5 minutes. read more

I met the famous Megan and I was not impressed. I found her to be rude to none PA residents. The overpricing for a simple notary and the inconvenient of her ability to not take credit cards. Her business is based on convenience and friendliness, which I did not find. read more

Have used for notary services and recently for title exchange. Extremely fast, efficient and provides helpful information. Owner Megan offers a lot of professional knowledge and "gets" customer service. Clearly knows her stuff and wants to help. Rare find these days. read more

We called them (1/8/2018) to make sure that they are opened till 8 PM (normal hours) - but they closed the shop and left before 7 PM. Not reliable In my opinion every business has a social responsibility and various obligations towards the good of society. But I don't think Exton Auto Tags are serious about business and providing satisfactory services for consumers. read more

Very disappointed. Went in to simply transfer the title of our car to our buyer. The person working the desk on June 5, 2019 around 1:45pm (in case the owner sees this review) said that her "system" showed we had another title issued at "some time" (she could not give us a date) and that our current title was not valid. We knew this was impossible, but she refused to re-enter the information. So, we went home, called PennDOT ... they said this person was wrong, our title is the only title, and is perfectly valid, and that she probably entered the wrong information. We called her back to tell her what we found out and simply asked to run the information again. Everyone makes mistakes and we would have gone back to finish our business there... but, she was very rude on the phone, and said she was right, PennDOT is wrong, and hung up. Well guess what... PennDOT was right. Our title was fine, no issues. We simply went to AAA that same day, got great service, and the transfer was completed in minutes. (Fees were cheaper as well) I recommend to stay far away from Exton Auto Tags. Horrible rude service, and apparently may not really know what they are doing. Scary. Not to mention, the place is really dumpy looking. read more

I have used this place since I moved to PA three yrs ago and was a happy customer of this place until today. Today, I knew the owner and learn more about her capabilities. The owner can only deal with easy transactions but when they encounter a difficult situation she gets defensive. I spent more than an hour today to request changes to my title, this was the third time I went there for the same reason and everytime I went there I was asked for more and different papers. When we finally got to what I told it was a happy ending the owner (who was on the phone explaining her assistant what needed to be done) asked if she could talk to me just to let me know that I needed to leave, that they were opened for 11 hrs and that she wasn't planning to pay her assistant more because I was there. She also said, "you need to leave, come back tomorrow or pay my assistant to stay because I won't." That's what I call customer service! read more
