I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion.
