Shipment was sent to wrong senders, because employee did not pay attention to where she was sticking it on my boxes. Now I have to file a claim which is a pain in the butt, after going to store to get a refund. Which did not happen. I hope they fire the incompetent employee. My family members now have to pay for reshipment. read more

I had to make some copies and ship something out so I stopped here. Self-serve copiers were easy to use. Counter folks are just ok. One guy seemed to be hiding behind the shelving rather than help people at the counter. read more

I ordered a morning window, is lie. Don't trust it. They open late 12pm-6pm. I get it's Sunday but why morning option knowing that you guys open late. People have jobs and somewhere to be. Irritated. I'm switch to Amazon for now on or ups. Fed ex on something. Fix your computer or the website. read more

I often request my Packages to be held here for collection. I requested this and it was entered on the Web site but immediately after my request I was shown a warning triangle stating the Package could not be left here because it was necessary to have prior authorization from the SHIPPER *(in this case the Government of Canada) and once they received it the hold would be made but at that moment the Package was literally being held back from delivery. And FedEx couldn't call the Passport Office for authorization; so I did. Both the Passport Office and FedEx worked perfectly and I was able to collect the Documents from this FedEx Office. AND They texted me and emailed me as soon as the Documents were available for collection. Perfect service and delivery from shipment was made within 24 hours. read more

I've been to this location a few times to ship items, but haven't used any of their other services (printing, etc.). It blows my mind every time I'm in this store that it seems they must either feel they have the worst job on the planet or the manager only hires miserable people. Look, no one owes anyone anything of themselves, so if you don't want to smile so be it. I'm a friendly person and I always start interactions with a smile and a "good morning/afternoon" and every single person I've interacted with in this store basically grunts at you, never makes eye contact, and seems like they're standing under a perpetual rain cloud. Normally, I'd just write it off and move on, but today something else occurred to me... THERE ARE NO HANDICAP ACCESS RAMPS TO THIS STORE. As someone who doesn't need a ramp this usually is lost on me, but today I needed to use a cart to get a large item inside. The closest ramp is half-way down the shopping center parking lot and the spot is marked that you can't park there! What kind of 1970 nonsense is that!? read more

Staff were super friendly when I had some documents that needed printing. Prices were pretty reasonable too. Definitely recommend for any printing needs. read more

Lousy customer service. I went in for one copy and instead of speaking to me directly, the person at the copier asked someone else to find out what she wants. This was while the copy person was directly looking at me. When I said I would like one copy on thicker paper. Copy person again looked at me and spoke to the other person and said tell her - she will have to wait. I was right there! Tell your staff SHE has lousy costumer service skills. I went and got the copy at Staples read more

The guy inside was rude and ignored a simple request stating he was busy was able to print my document in the end though

This place is very inconsistent with delivering to my address; I have a normal house and a driveway easy to access. No other shippers have issues with my address besides FedEx. It is very frustrating and I fking HATE THEM. Every time I see Fedex as my shipping method I WON'T ORDER! I understand if it happens once in a while, but it's a constant ongoing issue and Fedex FKING does nothing about it while the CEO sits on his YACHT snorting and smoking crack. Imagine paying for shipping to get your product and it got lost, or delivered to the wrong address because local area workers are lazy, or don't feel like making a delivery and saying "SORRY WE MISS YOU"?? Do your FKING JOB and I hope the FKING top executives and CEO see this SH!T! Fking terrible service and a shipping company. Consistently not delivering my package?? LIKE COME ON!!!! FU Fedex CEO, I Hope you burn in HELL. The most irritating company I've ever known. FU FU FU. Please run if you see Fedex pop up and people are right. This local Fedex spot HATE THEIR FKING JOB!!!! FU CEO B!TCH!!!! DO YOUR JOB! Also, LEARN HOW TO USE A FKING GPS!!!!! read more

Not sure why this location doesn't open until noon on Sundays... should really reconsider their hours and open a little earlier on Sundays

Had a great experience with one of the FedEx employees, Kemal, at this location. He went above and beyond to help get my package out on time. I really appreciated his effort and hope he sees this! Thanks man, keep it up! read more

I needed quick turnaround for a small but very important print job for a family member. She had flown in the night before, had made some changes to a document for presentation, and needed it reprinted. As things happen, my own printer was malfunctioning. I showed up at FedEx the next morning, a few minutes before they opened. They opened exactly on time, and handled my job immediately. The FedEx team was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. I was in and out inside of 10 minutes with a high quality print job. Great customer experience. read more

Too bad the FEDEX person left my Levelor blinds next to the trash containers at the end of my drive. They could have at the very least honked their horn to let me know. FEDEX is just as bad as USPS. read more

I went into the store for stamps and stood there at the counter for a long time waiting for someone to come to the counter to assist. There was an employee who saw me come in and continued to play with the vacuum that he had in his hand, while whistling. Then we went in the back. Stood there for a few more minutes, didn't see anyone, walked out. I feel like someone who wants to talk to people should be working at the store. Not Quasimodo. read more

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in, I believe the man that helped me was Greg. Came in for passport photo and was out in less than 5 minutes. Very efficient ! read more

Donald did an amazing job helping with a photo scan of my son for his Graduation collage. He is the reason why I am giving this location a 5-Star rating for Customer Service/Satisfaction. His mannerism is very professional and he greeted me as soon as I walked up to the counter. In addition, this location is very clean, organized, and the employees take great emphasis on helping the needs of their customers along the way. Thanks so much, Donald. A++ read more

Excellent store. Super fast prints, listens to your concerns. If you're printing photos, ask to see Dave, he is the best !

I had them design and print lawn signs. They made the type so small you could not see from the road. Then they would not reprint it. Sign looked good but was not legdible from more than five feet away. Very disappointed! read more

Nice and helpful people. I had an issue with a print job that was sent by mistake and they took care of it immediately.
