Point I'm always greeted with a genuine smile when I enter unless they're overcrowded which isn't often. That's not to be confused with them not being busy because it's always busy but they get you in and out in a jiffy which is awesome sauce I had to get another passport because mines expired and I was only getting information. I was told I could go online to print out the application and the cost for it and the photo. As I'm writing it down I get ready to go... I'm handed some papers and it was the passport application I was happy lol but really I was because that was extremely thoughtful. I didn't have to ask which was so I returned the very next day (today) to send my passport application. This among other reasons is why I love coming here. You should make this the place your go to for all your postal needs. Trust me you won't regret it! #ExpeditedService

I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes while one person walked around and one person waited on a line of two people that seemed to take an hour lunch break every time. The female employee answered my questions, helped me make my final decision, sold me some stamps to boot and got me on my way...quickly! It was such a relief! Previous visits have taken me my entire lunch break when I had a job that took even less time. I must also give props for how quickly their mail goes out. When I mailed out our save the dates. People literally had them the next day or two days later. People that didn't even love super close, either. A 45 minute drive away from us and they received their save the date the day after I mailed it in the blue mailbox just out front of this post office. It really impressed me. I've been doing that ever since rather than using the mailbox in my development. Well done, USPS...keep it up!

I have brought in my stamped packages and have waited in line just to hand them to someone. A nice younger lady who works there advised I don't have to wait in line next time, just leave them on the counter. That would be great except the older lady who works there gets a huge attitude with me EVERY time I go in there and tells me to wait in line. Look, I get that people are waiting for service, but I don't need any services. If they had a package drop box I wouldn't even come inside at all. These two ladies need to talk about what their policy is for PRE PURCHASED POSTAGE packages and get on the same page because they are telling me two different things and that older lady always gives me a huge attitude when I try to leave my box on the counter as instructed by the younger one.

Today, I got there at 2 PM and there was a sign saying they would be open 'soon'. (And this is on tax day when there is a long line of people waiting to make sure their envelope gets stamped on time.). I was at grocery outlet for almost an hour, I come outside closer to three - it is still closed. And this all begs the question - if there are only two people working in the whole Place - why are they all taking lunch at the same time!?! Do they cook for each other? Do they have a picnic in the park? And they should have a bin for prepaid packages so that people that are just dropping off things do not have to clog up the line. Common sense people. Common sense is, sadly, this post office needs to just close down

People that expect them to tape up their packages for free are living in a pipe dream. Most post offices do have supplies but they are available for purchase. (The cost of being unprepared) I went around 2 today and they had about 4 people ahead of me in line. Although there was only one woman working, the line moved quickly. Immediately he tells me they are more expensive then the price I've paid. I've been shipping the same thing for a month. We finally straighten that out. I'm not even arguing with him. His response, "Do you live around here? Can you come back tomorrow and I'll have it figured out and you can pay." Me: "Do you want my contact so you can call when it's done." His response: "No." I come back the next day and he says, "If these weren't so time consuming I'd have it done." I could have gone somewhere else, he could have called me or have told me it would take until Monday. To top it off, I was not mean, I was not pushy but the guy was rude and I could see the way he spoke to other costumers that he's losing the post office money.
