The office is well kept, clean, modern and tastefully decorated with ample parking. I highly recommend. The detailed story: My son bought a motorcycle, and Jackie at Ennis performed the state-to-state title transfer (DE to PA), completed form MV-1 (Application for Certificate of Title), notarized the bill-of-sale, submitted PA registration, issued a new PA tag, and even applied for my son's current address to be updated on his license. And here's the part for which I will be forever grateful to Jackie: Tuesday, May 5th, we had traveled 2 hours from Harrisburg, and had originally planned to complete the purchase and transfer the vehicle at Wiggins Auto Tags (954 E Baltimore Pike Kennett Square), which was closer to the seller, and supposed to be open until 8. I called Wiggins the day before to confirm they would be open until 8. At 6:50, we pulled into the parking lot at Wiggins, and they were closed! A sign on the door stated they were closed, and would resume normal hours the next day. Very grateful to the seller as well, who discovered the closure before we arrived and had contacted Jackie at Ennis. Ennis normally closed at 7, but Jackie graciously agreed to stay open. It took us 15 minutes to redirect to the Ennis location, and we arrived about 7:15. Jackie was finishing up with another customer, and then helped us, and we finished up our transactions around 8:15. Jackie gave up an hour of her night to save us having to reschedule and travel another 4 hours round-trip. Jackie's is performance is outstanding. She is profusely knowledgeable and efficient, and all with a pleasant and wonderfully friendly nature. Thank you, Jackie!!

Usually there is a bit of a wait bc there are other customers in front of me... it's a busy place. But today I scored huge!!! well, at least I thought I had. There was no one in the store. I was able to walk directly up to the counter. I was looking for their boxes to send a package for business. As I walked up a guy who looked very much like he did not want to be there told me someone would be with me soon as he picked up a tape gun and started to seal a box that needed it (looked like a 5yo had initially taped it up. I said "I just want to" (the rest of the question was this: know where you keep the boxes called little box) but I was cut off by the guy glaring at me and curtly saying "someone will be with you shortly." Now, I have no problem waiting for other people in front of me, and his reply took as much energy as it would be to say on the shelf over there" when telling me where the boxes are. But nah, not this time. What got under my skin, aside from the attitude problem, was that I was a living, breathing customer in the store directly in front of him wanting to buy stuff and ship stuff. My credit card was in my hand. I was ready to go since I already had the label printed out and in my hand. But he decided taping up a box (that would most certainly still be there to tape up after I had concluded my business) was the priority and that having a customer wait in line behind inanimate objects made more sense. It was 2:30p. The pickup for the night was at 6p or 7p. The box could have waited. I cannot say 100% that he was spoiling for a fight, but it was apparent that he had no intention of assisting me for quite a while. So, I said "you can't even answer a single question? Fuck off!" And I left. I went down the street to the "mailbox store" and was waited on by a very sweet person who was also very busy and even had a baby cooing somewhere in the back room that she had to take care of. It was a great experience. And now I will be taking my business to UPS at Marsh and Silverside. Perhaps a bit more customer service and a reminder that retailers need customers more than customers need retailers. Now Fedex is truly an ex. An ex-shipper for my booming business.

I was in and out in 3 minutes and for only a couple dollars. The lady at the counter was really nice and made my shipment a breeze. They'll print your labels, attach them to your package and ship them off. They also sell office supplies, uhaul materials, and even gift bags.

Collected payment and received a shipping label and didn't even tell me for days. The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. To top it off they were so nice. Please use this business for your shopping needs! You won't regret it with the service they give & you'll be keeping a small business going.
