The 3 guys from RXO had a real challenge in our house with our new mattress delivery but they were very friendly and professional for having such a difficult task. We appreciate their hard work! read more

Nice guys came for a free install of LG washer and dryer. Poor rating because they could not attached the vent while another contractor fixed it without additional parts. Worst part though is that they failed to install the connector on the dryer wire creating at best just a failure of the cable in some period of time by being worn on the sharp edges of the dryer or worst, a fire or electrocution hazard in my house. Thanks a lot! read more

two guys came to deliver my refrigerator. They didn't have the proper equipment which would be those really neat carrying straps that make refrigerator delivery so easy and so they said they had to takeoff my doors and when they were done, I noticed there was a scratch at the top of the door where the guy was working I've been in contact with RXO and they are offering no solution. They keep transferring me back to LG. LG keeps calling me asking me what RSO is doing for me. the technician took a picture of the refrigerator when he unboxed it. He told me he sent that to RXO so I called him and told him I want the pictures and they told me that they don't have any pictures so something's fishy. read more

They delivered 2 large appliances we purchased from Sam's Club. Called 30 minutes ahead of arrival, as I requested. They were very friendly, professional, was a quick but thorough install. Definitely one of the better large order delivery companies that service here. Would recommend. read more

the service was flawless! both men were courteous and knew what they were doing. The ONLY reason for 4 stars was the 300 cost for the service was OUTRAGEOUS for 30 mins of work! Had I realized that most of the product was already assembled, I would have spent the hour doing it myself. The men on the job could not be nicer of more user friendly. read more

RXO was absolutely horrible and unreliable. They confirmed delivery on a Thursday night for the Friday and then cancelled it the next day only a few hours they were due to arrive. I called RXO to reschedule and they would not give me a new delivery time. When they finally did eventually give me a delivery time they did not show up during the window they gave me for delivery. On the phone they were extremely rude and unhelpful. If you have any choice, DO NOT USE RXO. read more

I want to report my nightmare experience dealing with XPO this morning. I bought an over $3K Samsung range from Samsung official website; delivery and installation were fulfilled by XPO. I got at least five notifications from XPO confirming my delivery window is: 8 am to 12 pm on 4/9. This morning, the delivery guy called me at 6:53 am, saying they would arrive in 30 minutes. I politely said that that's 30 minutes earlier than my delivery window--they said not their problem in a threatening tone. I rushed to the house to meet the XPO delivery guy. They installed the range which is dented. I discovered the giant dent two minutes after they left (they didn't remove the foam above the warming drawer, so I wasn't able to spot the issue when they were with me). After I removed the foam, I immediately called them, they refused to come back and basically told me to f*ck off. Now I'm left with a damaged range, and I had to spend hours with Samsung to seek solution. I tried to call XPO, but customer service kept referring to another delivery that will happen next week. I'm extremely frustrated. The two XPO guys spoke to each other in Spanish and often pretended not to understand English, but I know they understand English just fine. The XPO driver's phone number is: +1 (267) 407-9789. They behaved in a manner that really made me feel unsafe. Now I'm worried that the same two guys will be the ones delivering my fridge on 4/16! I'm also attaching a picture of the specific XPO truck with the license plate number. So it should be easy for XPO to track down who caused my nightmare! read more
