They placed it in a position that we requested. They picked it up when we asked them to. They do their best to work with you. Very professional. Heads up: I want to inform people that if you have to place a dumpster that you may have to get a zoning permit. We had to in Willingboro. Additionally, we did not have a private driveway. We had to place it in a common parking lot for townhouse homeowners. You can only place it diagonally across two visitor parking spaces or your space plus one visitor space. It cannot jut out from your own. It gets more complicated. The dumpster is weighed after you fill it. If it gives over a certain tonnage, you are charged. That is where fury comes in. Not towards AC, but the neighbors that were putting trash in the dumpster that we paid for. I once had to get into it in order to remove their trash. Whoever was doing it was flipping a house, so you can imagine the mass of their refuse. I am slightly ashamed to say that I yelled to the neighborhood in general that we paid for the dumpster and that we could not afford to pay for their convenience. The flipper never picked up the trash that I left by the side of my dumpster. We carried it to the corner. During that haul, my husband cut his leg. Then, the township employees came to investigate. They were nice. We explained about how neighbors were using our dumpster without permission. We were told that we could not put lots of trash on the corner. We were told that with basically a wink. We left the neighbor's refuse there. Nothing negative happened. I did get a name and address of a potential illegal dumper from the dumpster. You never know. I would invest in cameras trained on your dumpster. I have read that Wyze are cheap yet reliable. The reason I had to get a dumpster is because of a death of a hoarder. It took me several weeks- about three- working from morning to evening sorting through it all. It was very hard on the soul. To make it worse, certain relatives were making it worse my telling me to just throw everything out. That is the most ridiculous thing to even say aloud. First off, if they were in the same position, I highly doubt that they would do that with the belongings of their recently deceased relative. Second- I was looking for legal documents. Third- the hoarder was a person. I cannot erase the existence of anyone. The people who were urging me to just throw everything out were doing so out of of badwill, so to speak. They wanted me and my children out of their home. I find it ironic that one of those people was allowed to have their children in said home. For years. Favoritism is a constant reoccurrence in my universe. Back to the path after that therapy- one other tip: I would avoid having strangers or mere acquaintances helping you clean out a hoard. It would have to be people you trust that are not trying to obtain items. Thank Goddess that I gave one person admiring an item that item, because I later found out that they go into violent rages when angry. One of the badwillers spotted a knickknack and oohed over it. The hoarder was not even dead yet. It was tragic. It is tragic. I have photos. I have vintage baby shoes from the turn of the century. I have that earthy hedgehog from the Wood Street Fair. I have tangible memories that bring comfort and great sadness. Make sure that you go with this company. They made a tough time better. I

On May 10th purchased a large…read morepiece of furniture (media console) from HomeGoods, and was recommended use to GoShare for my furniture delivery. I have had the worst experience with this delivery, and have been back and forth with customer service for 2 months, still without resolution of my case. 1. For delivery of this item, I specifically requested a cargo van be used for pickup, with appropriate packing and securing of the item to ensure it doesn't get damaged. I also requested a second helper to assist with the handling of the item. 2. The second helper showed up first for the pickup, and decided to handle the delivery by himself. Instead of using the cargo van I requested, he threw it in the back of his pickup truck without tying the item down, or covering it with a moving blanket. For the 73 minute delivery, this item was continually damaged on its way to me. 3. Meanwhile, the primary delivery driver with the cargo van ended up picking up a different piece of furniture from HomeGoods that I never even ordered and wasn't mine! This driver spent 170 minutes driving this item to me, and all the way back to the store. I never ordered this item, but GoShare thought it would be fair to charge me for that 170 minute delivery fee...... 4. Overall, GoShare is charging me for both delivery's as well as the return for the item of furniture that wasn't mine, making a total charge of $400 even though the delivery of my item was only $100. To make things worse, the beautiful piece of furniture I ordered was delivered damaged. All of my specific requests for delivery through the app were ignored and now I am paying the price for it. 5. I have been speaking with Nathan from customer service for 2 months now trying to resolve the issue but the company refuses to hold any accountability for their faults. Their resolutions are to continue charging me for an item that was not mine and they do not care. As someone who works in customer service, to be treated so unfairly and poorly by a company is the biggest disappointment.

Not only was it going to be difficult to change it right there but since I was from out of state and had my suitcases and dog in the car, the situation felt like an even bigger hassle. One of their tow trucks happened to come by, and the driver stopped and offered to get me at least off the interstate and somewhere safe. We were close to their shop, so I agreed for my car to be towed back there and they changed the tire in no time. Everyone was so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I'm very thankful. Back in Oct 2025, I had my car towed to O'Hara & Sons Automotive for some major repairs…read more My car was overheating, so I met Jay (Jason O'Hara) the owner/manager of the auto shop, who took a brief look under the hood and told me I may need a water pump. Told me he'd have his guys look at the car and give me a call the next day. He called me and told me that I did need a water pump and I'll need an engine fan. Told me the labor costs for the work will be pretty expensive and that the job will be about $1100 just to replace the water pump. He was cutting me a "deal". He sounded trustworthy so I ordered for him to fix the other things I needed repaired so my car can be ready for the road. The total of my bill was $3282.47. After the repairs were "allegedly" completed, I went to pick up my car, but not at the auto shop. He had me come to an impound lot of sorts, near the Kensington area, to retrieve my car. Sketchy as hell. Fast forward to the next month, Nov, I had a signal on my dashboard saying my car was overheating, and then it went away. The car felt a lil sluggish when I accelerated, so I took my car to my trusted mechanic who I've been going to for years. He immediately told me, after assessing my vehicle that my water pump was never replaced. I had an 18 point inspection at a dealership and they confirmed that the pump wasn't replaced. But since then, I had to replace a fan, and now I need a new water pump. The original fan was still in my car. CRAZY!!! These evil people at O'Hara & Sons NEVER REPLACED THE WATER PUMP OR THE FAN!!! I've called and called and left emails and messages just to get my money back and I've been ignored. Now I have to file a complaint with Small Claims just to get my money. It's sickening how ppl can scam you and don't give a fuck about honoring their word. $3200 dollars is not a lil bit of money, I literally was robbed! I'm reporting this company to BBB as well.
