I asked for a good, or as good as it gets, shipping process on a very special, irreplaceable 100 year old breakable item. Was totally surprised at what turned out. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Got the item in perfect condition, as claimed. Item was shipped to the west coast so I had no way of seeing what was happening or what they did, but it turned out great. Owner Frank was to call back never has after telling me they would ship what is now dust and rubble. Damage to family heirloom beyond normal shipping jostling. Looks like someone jumped up and down on the shipping carton. Will not send me the original packaging tote. Shipment reported damaged in Illinois and sent back to Frank's store.
