I stopped into this location which was a lot brighter, cleaner and had more cheerful staff than the location I normally frequent. A staff member was quick to help me, her name was Mary. She showed me how to do my Amazon returns and even gave me a mailer to use when I forgot my own packaging (there was a small fee for this that I happened to have cash for). I would definitely go back to this location! It can get busy but there was a good traffic flow and most people were in and out. Parking lot can be a nightmare so exercise patience!

The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid.
