I've been with them a long time…read more The old owner Joe Serritella was terrific. They could ship anything anywhere anytime. And, they were kind and courteous. The new owners have cut down the hours; whether that's due to COVID19 or a new policy remains to be seen. Joe stayed open until 8 pm on weeknights, which as everyone knows, is the correct framework for sending business mail & packages late, eg 5-8 pm. The new owners are closing at 6 pm, which does not work for business guys like me. But we'll see

Excellent Service and the price was less that half of other local shippers…read more I won a rather large lot from #WilliamBunchAuctions and I needed it shipped to Miami. Because of the size I decided to compare shipping quotes to see if there was any difference. To my amazement Mike @ Mail Service Center actually quoted me less than half of all the other shippers which made my purchase a real win. Because of his great rates and service I now plan to participate in more of William Bunch Auctions. I don't normally do reviews but the service was GREAT and I think everyone should know about them so I'm going to comment everywhere I can. Thank you Mail Service Center

One of the guys there is rude and 100% incompetent…read more On Friday he complained I gave him too many envelopes 38 to be exact which I nicely said I could take elsewhere if it's too much of a problem. I certainly get when something is not doable and I never expect immediate turn around and can come back later or the next day which I normally do. Immediately he tells me they are more expensive then the price I've paid. I've been shipping the same thing for a month. We finally straighten that out. I'm not even arguing with him. His response, "Do you live around here? Can you come back tomorrow and I'll have it figured out and you can pay." Me: "Do you want my contact so you can call when it's done." His response: "No." I come back the next day and he says, "If these weren't so time consuming I'd have it done." I could have gone somewhere else, he could have called me or have told me it would take until Monday. To top it off, I was not mean, I was not pushy but the guy was rude and I could see the way he spoke to other costumers that he's losing the post office money.
