No problem with crated dog. They notarized the letter for $5 and offered me a free copy for my files. I'm not someone who takes a dog into restaurants or libraries or anywhere else that might be problematic but why wouldn't you mention the "no dog" policy somewhere as a courtesy.

I was contacted by a neighbor who lived on Woodland Drive on the 12th who came to my home with the two checks for my daughter which she found on her driveway. She came back and was frustrated with me for having my husband assist me with the paperwork we needed. He's active duty military overseas and I was with our five month old child, so I needed his help with some aspects of the paperwork. She told me that I don't need my husband to help me and she does everything herself and doesn't rely on a man. Then she refused to help us saying it went against PA's requirements despite the insurance company assuring us and her everything was in order. She began raising her voice at both me and my husband and then also raised her voice with insurance company and hung up on them and threw the phone across the counter, complaining to other people in line that she didn't want to deal with difficult people. The other woman and her were both bad mouthing customers as they left the shop. I highly advise you to use another business, because what should have been fifteen minutes took an hour and we were disrespected and yelled at the whole time. The owners' response to my husband was that was when you get a group of women together there will inevitably be an issue
