I researched everything required to register my vehicle from NJ to PA. Contacted my dealer for title, etc. I get there and two people behind counter were extremely rude. They told me the website was antiquated but they proceeded to hand me a piece of paper that had obviously been copied over from years ago. There was no one else in line but they wouldn't take the time to help me complete it properly. They handed me the form on a clipboard and actually gave me a pen. I completed it and walked 5 feet to bring it back up. Then the lady behind the counter didn't even have a pen. She asked me for her "pen" back. Too lazy to turnaround and walk to her desk to grab a pen. Then they spelled my name wrong twice after I pointed that out. It's ironic they claim the website is antiquated when this location is inadequate in ASSISTING the public for licenses/registration/tags. This is the second and last time I will visit this location. If you want a "yes or no" service center, this is your location. Don't expect to have anyone go above and beyond to assist you with your questions. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

The place was swamped this morning with people getting their pictures for their photo licenses and then two gentleman transferring plates titles you name it took 25 minutes to those two guys got done, and there was only one clerk put another clerk on in the morning. read more

I would like to say this place has some of the worst customer service I have been to. I'd rather go to a Royal Farms for Auto Tags questions, comments, and concerns. The attitude I received at this place was that of a 16 year old training at his/hers first job that their parents made them apply for. read more

Lousy service. Rude to customers. All the trappings of a government operation, but with the added benefit of being charged extra fees!

I was excited to know that I didn't have to go sit in the DMV to get my license renewed. I was able to stop here and quickly get out and they do most of the same services them the DMV. read more

Wiggins is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their customer service is top notch. The employees are patient and take the time to explain things which can mean the world of difference when you're trying to keep legalities straight. After calling multiple places with questions, Wiggins in oxford answered them confidently and correctly. Their prices were the best as well. I would highly recommend Wiggins. read more

Worst notary ever. Rude people on the phone too. Still waiting on car title after 3 weeks. Purchased another vehicle about 2 weeks later, went to a different notary & already received the title in the mail. Wiggin's should be shut down. read more

My Family and I was treated very poorly here. Neither of the counter employees wanted to really service us and one younger employee purposely ignored us and she found everything to do but service us. I should of paid attention to the reviews of this place. Not friendly and they seem very prejudice. read more

Went in to Oxford office to transfer title for car I was selling and to obtain a new plate for the Buyer. Jessica handled the transfer very quickly. She was very pleasant and completed the process very efficiently. I would recommend this site to anyone. read more

First visit to Wiggin's Auto and Tags Notary was my last visit. It was time to have my driver's license re-newed so I thought I would try this place..I typically go to lancaster to do most of my business but i was excited that we had a place closer to my home. After walking into the place, i was greeted ( well--maybe i should say grunted at) by an older woman..I will say she was one of the rudest people i have ever had to deal with. I had a question to ask her before i started the paperwork and you would have thought that i just asked this woman if i could cut her arm off....It was a simple question that needed a simple answer...The whole dealing with her was just aweful. If she was having a bad day..she should have stayed home! I will NEVER go back to that place and I will be reporting her to the Department of Transportation as well. If this is the way she treats all her customers, well then I feel sorry for them...I will never recommend this place to anyone either....What a shame...She needs to go to a customer service class and learn how to not be so rude.... read more
