They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and kind! I asked a bunch of questions and they were able to confidently answer each one. They have also implemented great procedures to promote safety during COVID-19 including limiting the number of people inside and using plexiglass shields as a barrier. I don't think I'll need to go back here anytime soon but I will be recommending it to anyone who does!

I'm having the hardest time getting any real answers. I came to the store in Paoli in AUGUST 2024…read moreto get my registration renewed and my car title transferred to my name. I paid cash, over $300, and left assuming that they would file the paperwork, as that is their whole purpose. My temp tags expired in November 2024, and I started calling asking where my title and registration are. After calling, leaving voice messages, and reaching out on the online contact form twice, I was connected with a human, Chris, who said he would help me. APPARENTLY THE PAPERWORK WAS NEVER FILED?! Now the Paoli branch doesn't pick up when I call and I have left voicemails on Chris's phone. I will continue to leave a daily review across all platforms in desperate hopes that someone will actually contact me and tell me what is going on. It has been 5 MONTHS since I filed with you all and I have nothing to show for it. I have no title for my car and no registration.
