This is a decades worth of service opportunities that were below average. By contrast, I have indeed seen them treat other people very nice and go above and beyond...the last time I was there I witnessed that, and I just laughed to myself, because I'm ten years in on this business and have NEVER been treated so nicely and friendly. I'll rate my experience(s) one star but if it was a way to rate lower I surely would. Nothing I've experienced there over the years would make me recommend them to anyone. The win on location/convenience - not service.

They serve a lot of the large local firms, but they're nice to "little guys" too. I've had a few jobs printed there, in the $40-$100 range, which probably gave them hardly any profit since they spent considerable time with me to make sure everything came out the way I wanted it. Someday I hope to have a big, expensive job for them, to justify the way they've supported me so far. It's convenient to submit jobs online through their website. They've been able to handle whatever document formats I've sent them. A class operation all the way!

Rachel was unable to help us get an answer so we have been dealing with Nick, the owner of the company. He has been extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. It's now almost the end of January and we have no date on when our missing items (that have already been paid for) will deliver. Please consider using a different company! I would even recommend vista print over them. Not to mention their high prices that definitely don't meet standards. All of the white Nike shirts we ordered were completely see through. We love to support small business when we can, but this has turned into a nightmare! Especially because we are out hundreds of dollars, with no idea if we will ever get reimbursed or the products.

A week later, I still hadn't received a proof. I contacted them only to be told it was on its way and days later they were working on it. Two weeks later, I went to the store. The employee in the store couldnt find anything related to my order. He contacted the owner because to quote him, "This isn't good". The owner told him to tell me I would get the proof that night. Tired of the run around, I waited over an hour until the owner arrived. He acted as if there was not an issue but the proof wasn't ready! Another employee apparently was creating the proof. After discussing details I shared several times before, I left two hours later being told I would see the proof that afternoon. I didn't get the proof until 2:00 am the next day. The employee felt badly about how I was treated that he volunteered to deliver them to me. The owner was very unprofessional and unapologetic for the poor customer service. I will never used this business again and I wouldn't recommend it. To respond to Mr. Lord's response, I do not agree that you worked hard to satisfy me. I do thank you for acknowledging it was not a good experience. I sent you an email expressing my dissatisfaction before I wrote this review which you did not respond. I am not satisfied.
