Some post offices are just not created equal. Okay, well maybe all of the employees are equally…read morepostal. Anyway, the thing you'll notice first about this post office is, depending on the time, the parking stinks. They share a parking lot with Wawa (among other creepy stores) so that might be why the parking isn't great. The post office itself is pretty small and dingy. I was there at lunch time and there was only one employee at the desk. The line moved pretty quickly, but it's a terrible idea to have one person helping at lunch. The line backed up behind me and I was only buying stamps (lucky them). There's another post office equidistant to my office, so I'll be trying a different one next time. It's not worth chancing parking or a long line.

Yes, we were 10 minutes late however her lack of any iota of customer service was shocking for such a nice library and other very lovely librarians. This lady could not answer any questions in regard to the form and made no effort to be helpful in any way. She kicked us out 20minutes later as appointments are apparently only 30 minutes on the dot. It is also $35 processing fee per person applying, I guess that's the price for extra rudeness.

We set up a four hour window, I took off from work, and then I sat at home for four hours. The person, I think the Manager, I was communicating with, went away on vacation and my package never was scheduled. I think... That's what I was told. This place was a few miles from my house, so I went over there that night to pick it up. Sometimes the scanning of each item works, but in my experience, it often does not and the clerk reviews the return to check off the items manually. At this location, the clerk scanned the first item, but the second didn't go through. He said it wasn't on the return, and I said, "Oh, all of them should be on there." From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all. I said that I would just take them somewhere else to return them, and he continued to harass me until I walked out the door. It was like he went from 0 to 100 over truly a very small issue, and I will never go back to this location because of it. By the way, I went to another location down the street, and no issue at all doing the return for all of my items.
