It's conveniently located in a shopping center off of Baltimore Pike and has plenty of parking available. I wasn't sure what to do when I got inside so I just stood in line. As soon as a rep was free she asked if I had a prepaid label and if I scanned it yet. When I said yes and no, she came from behind the counter and led me to the self scanner, start here if your package is ready to go with a prepaid label. Just hold the barcode under the scanner and take it to the counter when you get a successful beep, and it will print your receipt. Drop the package at the counter and you're done! The girl that helped me was very friendly and knew I didn't know what to do, so her customer service and attitude were appreciated. Can't say much about the value as it was a prepaid label, but I am sure it's in line with other major shippers in the area. They have lots of packing materials for sale if you should need any, and friendly service. Highly recommend this location.

I work for the government and recently got a promotion that required a change in security clearance…read more*humble brag* Part of the process for getting that clearance involved fingerprints. Guess what, you can get your fingerprints done at certain UPS locations. I chose the Springfield location over the Haverford because, honestly, Chik-Fil-A, not gon lie. They have a cauliflower sandwich that I wanted to try but that's irrelevant to the story. At the tip of the parking lot of a super quaint shopping plaza there was the UPS store, not to be confused with the USPS location also in this plaza on the opposite end. Strangely enough, it's next to an Omaha Steaks, which until that day, I thought was only online/catalogue, like SkyMall. Even more strange was people actually leaving Omaha Steaks with large brown shopping bags filled with what I can only assume were cuts of beef. Again, irrelevant. I entered into this superbly clean UPS location and walked passed the long wall of mailboxes and directly to the counter. A young man whose name tag read "RJ" greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed fingerprints done and he requested my ID and accompanying docs. We walked over to a kiosk where he scanned the docs, made a few entries on the screen, asked for my confirmation and then it was my turn to press my fingers. The first was practice (the key is to apply the appropriate amount of pressure. The next sets went over smoothly and RJ confirmed I was all set. I got my docs and and a confirmation sheet and was on my way. Entire process took about 10 minutes. I've had to go to a few different UPS stores in the last few weeks, generally to return some Amazon items. The transactions are always simple and straightforward and the counter person rarely has to say much. This time, I needed instruction and RJ was pleasant and knowledgeable. Remarkable really, so much so that I wrote a review for a store I may never have cause to return to. Unless the government wants to give me another promotion

I am so happy that I used her services! She took her time to explained to me what I needed and made sure that I understood everything as I was under immense pressure at the time. I also needed some legal advice and she also had an Attorney on staff who was able to meet with me and help me with my situation. Within 20 minutes I had an appointment and one of her staff met me at the hospital within the hour! Gina, was very personable and knowledgeable and followed up with me every step of the way and made sure that my needs and the needs of my family member was met. I really appreciate Gina and the service that she provided in our time of need and will highly recommend her and her services to anyone that has a need for notary services! Excellent!!!

The day of the transaction I emailed her the document and she showed up with three copies. She was able to meet me in a bar, which was extremely convenient and instead of running around looking for a notary, I was just able to enjoy dinner with my friends after having our business completed. She was wonderful to work with, exceptionally professional, and extremely thorough. She clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does and takes great care to make sure that all documents are completed to exact specifications. Highly recommend!

With my first move in 2020, there was a bit of a scheduling issue, causing the movers to arrive later than originally scheduled and with a van rather than a truck (I had been told that it would be a truck in order to fit all of my belongings into one trip). Therefore, it ended up taking two trips. However, the owner made things right by only charging me the original rate for one trip. Mistakes happen and I'm fine with it, as long as the company owns up to it and makes it right. And there were no similar issues with my second move in 2026. The guys had furniture wrap and blankets to protect my belongings. During both moves, I did not find anything that was damaged at all. What more can you ask for!? I highly recommend Man With a Van! In fact, I'm likely going to use them again soon to help with some items that I will need to move into storage.

The dispatcher Paul needs anger management lessons…read more My friend recently moved across town and ordered Man With A Van movers as they had good experiences with the company in the past. Man With A Van gave my friend two quotes: a cheaper quote for Two Guys with a Van and a more expensive quote for Three Guys with a Truck. My friend sent the more expensive rate for Three Guys with a Truck. But then this dispatcher tried the blame game of "You didn't specify Truck" when to our surprise only Two Guys and a Van showed up. Lemme ask you a question. If I offer you a hotdog for $3 and a burger for $4, and you hand me 4 dollars, wouldn't anyone with a working brainstem assume that meant YOU WANTED THE BURGER? But my friend was sweet and offered: "Maybe y'all can come back tomorrow with three guys and a truck, because it's really a three person job", to which the movers declined. After a quick call, the dispatcher said there'd be no additional charge for extra trips due to the smaller vehicle. What's more is that one of the two Movers had a bad back and couldn't take the stairs like the other dude. So at some points the job is only getting done by one dude (you could argue one-and-a-half dudes). If THREE guys should be able to make the move of loading and unloading in TWO hours, then HALF that much manpower means... you guessed it: it's gonna take at least twice as long! Not to mention they spent extra time stacking things like Jenga inside the van to make it all fit in one trip. Because the job (that my friend agreed to pay $500 for three guys and a truck) took so much longer with one and a half guys and a van, Paul upcharges an extra $300!! Again, my friend is nice, and they're trying to hash this out cause they didn't get what they paid for, regardless of it it took more time. (And again, of course less manpower means more time). But instead of having a conversation with my friend, Paul starts SCREAMING at them, cursing at them, saying "You're Full Of Sh*t!" and threatening legal action immediately! My friend is begging through tears that they want to make this right; begging him to STOP yelling and panicking them. The mover's felt so bad and embarrassed overhearing Paul act like a jack*ss on the phone that one even offered to pay the remainder, but my friend, still shook up and in tears, said that they wanted to make this right and moved what little money they have around to pay as much as they could. We're ALL struggling out here, and the movers def deserve to get paid. I'm sure the dude with the hurt back needs more money and easier hours, but the company is working him to the bone. But to have this dude Paul berate and coerce my friend, spitting venom over the phone? Shouting until my friend is begging in tears for him to stop? I'm never gonna forget that. And this company needs to make things right. The job took long because of Dispatch's mistakes. They sent 1.5 guys to do a 3 man job, without the agreed upon equipment no less. If you want a stress-free experience: steer clear. If you want some jerk from New York taking out his daddy issues on you: you've come to the right place.
