The lady who's name starts with a B has her days where she's very nice and others where she is a complete hot mess and just completely "over it" and rude. Her attitude is very inconsistent. The other lady is just plain ol' miserable. Not an ounce of personality in her. The line is ALWAYS long. They wait until they see a line develop to get a second person going at the next register. Why? You're already there, just work both registers! A five second drop off (I'm always prepared before I come) turns into 15 minutes.

I mailed a package there and the tracking show it still being there. when I inquired about it 6 days later, I just got a lot of attitude from the owner about how the USPS is a civil service so you shouldn't expect them to actually deliver it and a directive to go to a real Post Office to file a lost package claim. the owner here is very vocal with anti government views, all the while collecting money from it for shoddy service. I won't make the mistake of ever going there again.
