From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all. I said that I would just take them somewhere else to return them, and he continued to harass me until I walked out the door. It was like he went from 0 to 100 over truly a very small issue, and I will never go back to this location because of it. People that expect them to tape up their packages for free are living in a pipe dream. Most post offices do have supplies but they are available for purchase. (The cost of being unprepared) I went around 2 today and they had about 4 people ahead of me in line. Although there was only one woman working, the line moved quickly. I had prepaid packages so I'm generally in and out. The woman working was pleasant as well. It's not a huge post office but it does it's job.
