Dave examined it and assured me they had just the right box and packing supplies for it. (He even gave me his tape dispenser in case my little scotch tape didn't hold the gift wrap over the bulky item). I took my project to a side table and gift-wrapped it, and then handed it over to Dave. It is on its way to NY, wrapped with care. I'm afraid I caused quite a delay to other customers, but amazingly no one grumbled, and Dave was unfailingly polite to everyone. I will definitely use this store again. Thanks Dave!

They really care about what they are delivering and go the extra mile to find best cost effective solutions for whatever I need. I would not create, print or copy anywhere else. I've actually shared this store with others outside of the area as even with the cost of shipping for them, this FedEx provides A+++ service. Thank you to the manager Melanie and the entire team.

I just had a wildly bad experience at this location. I brought in a Happy Return, and I have a lot…read moreof experience using this service at UPS Stores, Staples, and Ulta. Sometimes the scanning of each item works, but in my experience, it often does not and the clerk reviews the return to check off the items manually. At this location, the clerk scanned the first item, but the second didn't go through. He said it wasn't on the return, and I said, "Oh, all of them should be on there." From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all. I said that I would just take them somewhere else to return them, and he continued to harass me until I walked out the door. It was like he went from 0 to 100 over truly a very small issue, and I will never go back to this location because of it. By the way, I went to another location down the street, and no issue at all doing the return for all of my items.
