I repeatedly asked for the signed order for service, the full pickup inventory, and certified weight tickets to support the upcharge. Communication was stressful and inconsistent. I ultimately paid $2,000 to end the dispute and move on, but this was a difficult experience. Advice to future customers: get the estimate type in writing, ask for the carrier's USDOT/MC, request weight tickets, keep everything in email, and know your rights about what's due at delivery.

From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all.
