A lady stuck her head out from another area to assist. First she told me they had a service fee for print services. Then I stated I wld just go to staples. She then told me I could used the printers if I sent my documents to their email address and it would send me a confirmation code. I had to pay the printer before I printed anything which was weird. I used my cc and it did a virtual 10.00 on my card. Then I printed my coupons and it came to 2.47. So hopefully my balance will be there for me to use when I come back. It was easy to use, other then the payment part which threw me for a loop. But I'm glad to know I can go here to print cause it's closer and cheaper then staples!

UPS offer thier notary between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. I specifcally had a documentation that require two signatures. Quay was the notary at the location and she was pleasant, professional and friendly! She helped signed my paper and I was in and out in out with a breeze, each signature is 5.00 each which was totally worth it for me!

This Staples has the friendliest and most helpful staff. The store manager, John, is second to…read morenone. He is always around and visible on the floor, available to help at a moments notice. Even when things are super busy (which can happen because of the arduous task of the employees having to do Amazon returns as well as man the cash registers and help customers find things), the staff remains calm and pleasant, always with a smile on their face while they are helping you. The most outstanding thing I ever witnessed was one of the employees asking a customer he was helping in the Amazon return line if he (the customer) felt okay. The employee went on to explain that he noticed when the man smiled, his smile was more pronounced on the right side than the left and the employee said they have all been trained to watch for signs of different medical conditions and he recognized this as a possible sign of a stroke so he wanted to make sure the customer was okay and didn't need help. In this world we live in...that was beyond refreshing to witness. There are still good, concerned citizens in the world and some of them work at Staples on Narberth.

Old offices before wouldn't do that and its important to us as we will have outgoing mail that cant sit here if someone skips coming in when we don't have mail. She told me to just place my box "over there" I waited a while until a sticker was placed but she said she'd get to it. And that's my fault for believing her because wouldn't you know it my package went missing. Not only terrible customer service but awful professionalism. Liberty parcel is right up the street.
