I came to this post office today to have two packages shipped. When I came in, Kurt kindly gave me the directions for getting the addresses on the boxes and the estimated price of the two packages. Kurt was real nice. He politely explained everything and was personable. We had a quick chat about the beautiful weather. Once I got the addresses on my packages therewere three people in front of me in line. Due to the fact it was taking so long, Joe, another worker came out to help. He was not the most pleasant person. Joe yelled at me when I swept my card too fast and did not say anything like "please" or "thank you." Joe did point out the tracking number, time of arrival for the package and a survey on the receipt to me. Even though he was not the kindest person, he got the job done efficiently and I do understand his job is very demanding. I have used this Post Office for years and the packages I send continue to arrive on time. read more

I had a scheduled appointment at 1:45 but the post office employee left early and didn't return until after our scheduled time. The passport person was very friendly when he returned. His coworker on the other hand l was dismissive, rude, and extremely unhelpful. read more

Post office opens at 8:30am, passport walk in hours are from 8:30am. Arrived at 8:30am and was told by a very rude man (prob the same one other people commenting about) that another person was in front of me and i couldn't be seen even tho i was there with a 3 yo to get a passport at 8:30am. I was told i should have come at 8am or 7:30am and stood outside with a 3 yo for an hour so i could be seen? seriously? and the guy was extremely rude. No wonder there's the term "go postal" because i could have ripped this asshole's head off. I said "walk in hours start and the building doesn't open until 8:30am and oyu want me to come at 7:30am and stand outside in the cold with a child?" And, yes, that's what he was saying to do. If that's the case, the website should say so instead of saying you can come at 8:30am. All our government services are for shit. But the worst part is the asshole was very rude. read more

Great post office. these other reviews are garbage. I'm here 2-3 days per week as my business requires it. the guys are fast, efficient, and do a great job. my 2 year old loves coming as they give him Jr Postmaster stickers and make it fun. great location, easy parking out front, and great people. We also renewed our passports here. it was routine. if you are responsible and plan accordingly you get your passport on time. if you're a moron, you procrastinate and then leave a bad review about the post office (read other reviews-morons). These passport service agents were rude and unhelpful, making us feel like we were fools for asking questions. But THEY did not properly sign and execute the passport docs! Now we have no passport for a flight leaving in 7 days and no passport! Fuming!!!!! read more

RUDE. man that helped me with my passport application took my photo and after i said "i dont love that one. i hated my passport picture for the last 10 years" he says " i guess you are going to hate it for 10 more". on top of that he convinced me i did not need to purchase expedited services and now here i am not able to go on my HONEYMOON. mean nasty person. i will never go here unless it is to let this man know he is the reason i am missing my honeymoon. read more

This location is one of the reasons that the USPS lost $2.7 BILLION dollars last year. The employees give no f ucks and it shows. They shuffle around in low gear and exert the minimum amount of effort necessary to show that they still have a pulse. Moved my PO box to another location to not need to visit the Narberh branch. One of my parents is a retired Postmaster and can't believe how this location being where it is can be allowed to give such subpar service with such attitude. 6/19. It still has horrible service and arrogant, lazy union employees. They can't get fired so they have free reign to be worthless employees. Post offices are rated on revenue-buy stamps and mail packages at Merion or Ardmore. I've don't recall having any problems at those nearby locations. read more

The people who work at this post office (both at the counter and out on their routes) have consistently been helpful. They have a lot to contend with (it's customer service, after all) and I love walking in there and seeing friendly, familiar faces. They've also gone out of their way a couple times to help with unusual mail delivery issues (through no fault of their own). Thank you Narberth Post Office. read more

Convenient + reliable. This location is always a stop for my mail when I'm out running my errands. You never know how busy a post office will be so make sure to leave some buffer time if you're in a rush! Gets the job done! read more

I hope they retire soon, enjoy their pensions, and that the next hires have an actual desire to help people a little bit. I just had a nasty experience at the Narberth Post Office. One of the mailwomen there is a real piece of work. I go there with both the box and the bag to return Items. I did not tape them because I did not know if I could return in same thing, or if they needed new boxes or what. So I go up to the counter and say I need to return these. she just looks at me. no hello, how are you how can I help. nada. so I say I haven't done too many of these what do I need to do. she says, you need to tape these. so I say, yeah like I said I did not know. so she tapes the first box shut. all of about 2 inches worth of wide clear tape to close the box, just the tab mind you, not the circumference or anything. then I close the other bag brought for another return but the post stamp needs to be taped to the box I did not realize that this one was not self adhesive. I look at her and she says, "you need to have done this already." I say, "yeah I know you said that already." then she says, "would you like to buy a roll of tape?" really? you are going to make me buy a whole roll of tape at the cost of about 4 inches worth of tape you have right there at the counter (and other post offices have done for me before?). I said, you know what? never mind. then I took the bag back and I told her, "you really need to work on your customer service" and I walked out. I mean it would have been a small little courtesy. like no big deal, let me know then next time I will remember and do it but most importantly I will remember your kindness and small generosity... its not YOUR tape, you didnt pay for it its not coming out of your business account. Just the act of a selfish little angry soul. I am sure the meaner she is the less people go there and the less work she has to do. read more

They are the worst!! Too many times my sent mail was either ridiculously late or did not arrive at all to its destination. I will never use this Post Office again to even purchase stamps!!!! read more
