When I asked the store employee for the number to receive faxes she was unaware that they could do that. Another employee stepped in and informed me that they could receive faxes and directed me to the fax machine. I had the documents faxed. However when the "secure" documents arrived they didn't print out at the machine I was told they would come to. The person that stepped in delivered them to me without a word. I was lost considering I was standing guard by the fax machine he told me it would be at. I then thanked him and addressed the original associate informing them that STAPLES does except faxes as a fyi to her for future reference since the other associate never showed her this way she would be informed and can better assist future customers. The senior employee then stepped in and said to me that I didn't have to talk to her in a "snide" manner. That truly wasn't my intent but it clearly wasn't his intent to train her better so that my customer experience could have been better. Thus is the world me live in. Happy New Year!

The postal carriers in Phoenixville are careless!! Until moving to Phoenixville, I had never once…read morehad an issue with mail service or delivery from USPS. In 1 year I've had numerous pieces / packages of mail go missing - including important items such as tax forms, prescription medicine, and checks/invoices. Sometimes the mail finds its way after a few weeks, other times I never see it again. Most recently they lost prescription meds (schedule II narcotics). A neighbor 1 mile away posted on Facebook that while walking their dog they found the package in the snow on the side of a road. What's more is the postal carrier marked the package as delivered in mailbox, when very clearly from my doorbell camera I see no package was delivered on the date in question. They marked it "delivered" 2 hours after they were actually on my stoop that day - very clearly lying. Sometimes I don't have a choice as to what delivery service is used (e.g., CVS ships via USPS), but when I do I will not choose USPS. It's apparent from other reviews that this is a reoccurring theme in this town. For a "company" that is funded from tax payers you'd think they would care more about the service they provide. If my Amazon gig-fare drivers can find my mailbox successfully, certainly these "professionals" can too.
