I called this company to have my mower serviced. I was very thankful for the prompt pickup and…read moreservice I initially received over the phone. However things went significantly dow. Hill from there. Over the course of 6 weeks now (yes I still do not have my mower back) I've been given Wrong information on top of false promises of a follow up calls. After 3 initial calls of diagnoses, false time lines and an overall lack of communication spanning over a month... I called in yet again. To be told the mower was mis-diagnosed from the beginning and now they had to order different parts and were "still working on it" upon this call, which was now 6 weeks in. I got no apology, no sense or remorse or effort to prioritize this now in any capacity.... Until I completely called him out for all of this. 6 weeks total. 4+ phone calls almost all of which has been lies or false information with a complete lack of follow up or apology. So then I ask what's the time frame to resolve this. "Well depends on when the part comes in" When will the part be in "Well I don't really know hopefully this week" It's 2024 guys. We have tracking and you order these parts for mowers on a regular basis. You should know a time frame / estimate. So now. I wait. In a response for when parts come in. Not knowing what's actually being done, what I'm expected to pay or when it'll be done. Needless to say. 100000% will never come here again and you shouldn't either.

The owner Ken and the service manager John could not have been more helpful. Extremely pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. Worst experience at this store, and reading other reviews, it seems like a trend…read more Went in to ship a package and was asked for my ID. After providing it, I simply asked for the data retention policy governing that information. The clerk told me to "call customer service," and when I asked for the website address so I could look it up myself, she cut me off, sent me to the back of the line, and announced she would serve everyone else first. I calmly noted that I should be served in the order I arrived, and that my customer service inquiry could be addressed after my transaction. I did not raise my voice, use profanity, or make any threats. The intereaction did start to attract attention, and that flustered me, so I started recording for my own protection. Instead of handling a basic customer interaction professionally, she then announces in a blase tone, "I think I need to call 911." She never even asked me to leave the premises, just jumped to calling 911. When I directly asked her if she wanted me to leave, she refused to answer, repeated that she was calling 911 "because I need help," and disappeared into the back room for several minutes. After a few more minutes of her talking on the phone, I asked her once more if she wanted me to leave. Only then did she say yes--presumably because the 911 dispatcher informed her that calling emergency services over a non-threatening customer service question was a misuse of resources. The complete lack of customer service is one thing, but using emergency services as a way to shut up a customer who is patronizing your business in good faith is completely unhinged Avoid this location.
