Well I do not like writing a bad review since I have been in a customer service related business all of my life and I am 71 now. Last Thursday I went to the UPS Store in Phoenixville likeI have for many many years to send documents to my Finance Broker to pay off a loan. Mark helped my and was nice but would not put my letter in a UPS Flat container. he said I had to pay 80 to do so. Well I trusted him that everything would be fine. Well that was a mistake. the next Wednesday I found out that the only thing was done was the label was printed BUT NEVER LEFT THE STORE. I called and actually spoke with Mark and he saw there was a problem and would look into it. Never got a call back, so the next day today is my day off. I went to the store with my tracking number and receipt and he said that he called me and the letter was delivered. I said I never got a call back from him. He looked again and saw he lied to me and did not say he was sorry but took my receipt and said he would get me a refund. I do not like liars and I am sure I will never see my DOCs or my money for the shipping because he kept everything. Needless to Say I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND THAT IS ASHAME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MORE THEN 20 YEARS. NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING. If I could give negative stars I would read more

If you are looking for good customer service don't go to the UPS store in Phoenixville ! This is the third time that I have gone in there lately to drop of a package, On all three occasions I was not greeted, I was just told that if i was dropping off a package to go to the kiosk. Today the same thing happened, I told the man that I preferred that he helped me, You might have thought that I asked him top cut off his leg or something . He proceeds to help and doesn't say ONE word to me! I said thank you when he handed my receipt and he still say NOTHING!!! If your that busy that you cant be pulled a way from what you are doing to Help a Customer than you needed to hire someone. Absolutely rude employees with terrible customer service. They want to nickel and dime you for everything.

Stay away from this store. They charge more than everyone else for packaging and their packaging job is abysmal at best. I had them pack a computer for $56 dollars that was being shipped out, it arrived absolutely destroyed due to this stores negligence. The store and it's manager Fady are of absolutely no help and refuse to file a claim. If UPS cannot help me hopefully small claims court can like it did another reviewer. Stay as far away as possible, there's a UPS shipping center in the staples one mile down the road, go there instead unless you want to be out $1200 like i am. read more

When I entered the store, in I was the only one in line. & I still waited 5 mins. The women Sylvia walked from the back on her phone laughing, no apology for the wait. I had forgot a box to pack my Amazon return in a package and the women was very rude and unsympathetic. I understand if I have to buy a $2 bag but you don't have to get a tone or attitude over it. Overall the experience I had in this store between the wait and the rude woman. I would take a drive to another location then deal with that. I've been to other ups stores and the customer service experience was way better. read more

Very bad experience from this store. I visited this store on 08/24/2020 and the charged me $125.33 for a overseas expedited shipment making me believe that the package will get there in 6 days. He tricked me. Till now it never reached the destination. Since it was time critical I resend the same documents via UPPS for half the change and the reached. The store guy called me to inform me that the address is not correct(to the same address where USPS successfully delivered) and finally told me that they are abandoning the package. Now USPS send back the package and I have got an invoice to pay $87.65 for the return package. read more

Terrible customer service. We needed notary services and were told (gruffly) to come any time the store was open. When we arrived the owner/notary was not there and we were told, "he lives an hour away so he's usually late." No opportunity to make an appointment was given. Steer clear for notary services. read more

As a now former customer of 15 years, I have almost nothing positive to say about the UPS Store in Phoenixville (#3273). As others have noted, there is no tangible benefit to renting a PO box from them, the smallest of which costs $441/yr. Mistakes, gruff service, (I've never seen a business with as much staff turnover as this one), and now a kick in the crotch on the way out...let me tell you: Due to the exorbitant price, especially in light of the consistently terrible service I've received over the last 15 years, I decided to close my UPS Store box account. They have refused to forward my mail going forward unless I pay them $10 FOR EACH TIME THEY DO SO. And the Post Office will not accept or process a forwarding order on a "managed box" like this. I complained to UPS corporate and the agent I spoke with agreed that this is a greedy and opportunistic business practice, saying she'd "be mad too", but franchises can do it...but that doesn't make it a wise idea. From now on I'll go out of my way NOT to patronize this store. read more

I sent an overnight letter from there on 7/2/2018. The cost was $73 for two day delivery! I asked the manager why the cost was so high and if his competitors cost was similar. The manager looked me in the face and lied saying everybody's prices are about the same. An overnight letter via FedEx is $21 via USPS is $22. Ive done business there for years, but that's the last dollar they'll see from me. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice - ain't happening. read more
