Had something shipped to me by them from a 3rd party I purchased it from so I had no choice in the matter. The shipping charge was literally three times the UPS or USPS counter rate. When I asked how it could be so expensive, they were extremely rude. I ship thousands of items per year and know what materials cost. This place is a straight rip off when they know you have no other choice. Triple the retail UPS price? Unbelievable. As a re-seller, I'm now going to lose a ton of money on these items. read more

I had to find out from my client that their package had not arrived when I paid $130 to overnight it to her, which was me already overextending because I was trying to make sure it got to her. I am a small business and I can't normally afford to just overnight things like that. But as I'm sure you can imagine, business has been difficult with the shutdown and I needed to make a commitment to go above and beyond. I thought I could trust another small business to get it there. This was a huge opportunity for me. I had to get a call from my super-upset client that the hundreds of dollars of product she paid me for did not arrive, and apparently will not arrive for her retreat. I had to track the package myself and I had to call here to inquire as to why the service I paid for was not complete. I had to call back again when I received no update to tell my client, and spoke with Brittany and Mike. I am not sure if Mike is the owner, but if he is, I am appalled at how you guys run your business. Do you know who has to take responsibility for the package I trusted your company with? Me. Do you know who I can pass the blame onto when my client didn't receive the sacred items they ordered from me for their retreat? No one. Because I have to take full responsibility for making the mistake of using this company. There is no integrity in passing the blame to UPS and not prioritizing your customer. I have worked between clients and vendors for years, and the kind of people who pass the buck are the people who don't do a quality job. Mike just kept asking me in a completely patronizing tone, "Ma'am, what do you want?!" It's not just about the money I am out for the service that wasn't completed. It's not just about the money I will be out for the sacred, spiritual products that have apparently just vanished in your process. It's about the fact that I walked through your doors expecting a service to be completed, trusting your small business with MY small business, and when it wasn't completed, you washed your hands of it and sounded incredulous that this response wasn't good enough. It's about the fact that I made a commitment to my client that wasn't upheld because of a mistake in your process. read more

After a complete fiasco at Staples trying to print an invite, I came here to have my invitations printed. The girl working was incredibly helpful and made sure (quite a few times) that the invite was perfect. I also found the cost to be perfect. I highly recommend coming here. read more

They will not get your package to its destination on time. They will fail to inform you throughout the process. They should provide a convenient service, but I would have been better off taking care of it myself. Don't bother! read more

Mail-N-Ship 4 U is a good place to ship your packages. There's 15 minute parking so you can always park right out front the door. The line is shorter than the post office. You can choose between shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. They can tell you which carrier will be the lowest rate for your destination and weight. Personally, I print my shipping labels online and bring them in for a drop off receipt. At $10 a month, mailbox rental is less than half of what the UPS Store on Shillington Road charges too. They sell greeting cards and mailing supplies as well. Fingerprinting is available here. It closes one hour prior to the store's closing. read more

Went to this establishment to have FBI fingerprinting done. Showed up earlier than my appointment and decided to wait in the walk-in line instead of keep my appointment time. Staff behind the counter appeared angered that I decided to stay and wait in the already decently long line. While in line, a gentleman came in with an appointment. The owner checked him in and escorted him to the front of the line. No one in line had a issue with the gentleman with an appointment cutting to the front. Despite this, the owner decided to angrily confront the line and state multiple times that the gentleman will be in the front of the line because he has an appointment. The owner was rude towards multiple people in the line and insinuated that those without appointments were frowned upon. Also while in line, a lady who had just finished her fingerprinting left and then came back in because she realized she had an appointment scheduled for the next day that she would no longer use and wished to cancel. The owner spoke rudely and loudly to the woman stating "we have nothing to do with scheduling so you don't need to tell me." The woman was upset with the owner and noted she just wanted it to be open for others. On her way out, she muttered "you're welcome" further demonstrating her frustration with the establishment. I despise that this is the closest and most convenient location to get fingerprinting done as all the staff is always unpleasant and rude. Be prepared if you must visit this establishment! read more

Very rude. I went in for passport photo without an appointment since it only takes a minute. The girl behind the counter looked like it was a major inconvenience for her to stop what she was doing to take my photo (the small store was not very busy). I didn't understand the requirements for the picture so I undid my ponytail and let my hair fall around my face. She was agitated by this gesture and said flattly "your ears have to show". I push my hair into a position where it felt like my ears were showing and she angrily barked "your ears have to show!'. I'm a senior citizen, not a soldier and I became flustered with her tone of speech. I fixed myself very hurriedly and standing there very rigidly she quickly took my instant pic. She immediately went to process it and I said "can I see it?" She looked horribly inconvenienced once again said "it's already printing". I said 'well I'm worried that it won't look very nice and it will be my passport photo for the next 15 years. She replied "only ten years" (you fool implied). The picture looked awful and I said so. Counter girl said "it's fine". I said "I'd like you to re-take it" after which let out an angry huff and said to another fellow behind the counter "you take it this time." Is this the way to run a business? I felt badly treated, the picture turned out very poorly, and every time I look at that passport picture I feel like an ugly nuisance. Don't use this service unless you want to feel maligned. read more

Gave them a package 12-18-18 to be shipped, priority mail when I track it Says pending acceptance, post office says they never got it, mail n ship 4 U says it left their place so here I am out cost of item and 45 dollars to ship.I never had this problem when I take it directly to post office, but I didn't have a box to fit it.....Never will I ship with them, plus they do nothing to help locate item read more

Three people working there at the time I was there for fingerprints. Something was wrong with my paperwork so I had to have it redone. The gentleman was very short and rude when he was explaining that it was wrong. He acted as if I was being a major inconvenience. Then the girl was on the phone with another customer also being rude to them. The third gentleman was very nice and understanding. read more

I went here to ship something and had a terrible experience. The owners appeared to be running the place and were rude. The price they charged me was much higher than it should have been going straight to the courier. I just called the courier and confirmed that to be the case. Looks can be deceiving. They may have looked at my clothes and appearance and immediately thought that I wouldn't be a source of business. As it turns out, it is the closest facility to where I often work remotely, and I would be potentially using them for quite a bit of expensive courier services. Their loss, I'll drive 10 minutes out of my way to avoid this. read more

Have you ever felt the dread that is anticipation of going to the post office to mail a package out? That overwhelming feeling that, hey, this is going to take my entire lunch and these people are going to be miserable. Look no further then Mail-N-Ship 4 U. The fine folk here (who have recently moved out of that awful location by old-Quiznos/old-Hollywood Video a.k.a. the den where businesses go to die) are attentive, quick, knowledgeable, and experienced. I haven't spent more then five minutes shipping a package with them. The storefront is organized, the prices are reasonable, they offer shipping with nearly every carrier and have a very easy to operate P.O.S. system which handles every part of the process! This includes packaging fees, insurance, confirmation, international shipping (and all associated claim forms). In addition to this easy experience, they often have the family dog in who's very friendly. The prices here are going to be more expensive then if you had just gone to the post office and stood in line, but what you're paying for is totally worth it. If you create an account with them, they actually keep all of your tracking info. No more stashing those long receipts in my truck door. If I need to know something, I can just call them up for a status. And they smile! When was the last time an associate at the post office smiled? Real easy-going folk. For a few extra bucks they simplify the most hectic part of holiday shipping. As someone who ships custom product out regularly, they add peace of mind and that makes the trip worth it. read more

I have rented a mailbox here over a year. They are EXTREMELY competent at what they do - ship and receiving packages and that is all that matters. They are prompt and willing to go the extra mile - just ask. The place is always hoping.... but they are MUCH faster than Fedex and USPS. I have never stood in line for more than 30 seconds without somebody acknowledging me and and they are MUCH better than the Fedex store and USPS at the same price. I saw some reviews that say Grumpy and that is simply not fair - they are focused and very quite people - if you want warm and fuzzy the guy at the Wyo post office will chat with you for hours... and ALL the people in front of you as well.... and I simply do not have the time to stand in 30 minute lines while he asks people about their grandparents.... If you want your boxes shipped FAST AND CORRECT then go here... if you want slow and a long conversation go to the PO. read more

I had the worst experience at this store today. The older men that was there was extremly rude. I had two packages that already have shipment label. I asked for a receipt for tracking purposes. He looked at me angrily and said no one ask for a receipt and he start slamming things and the keyboard as he was printing out the receipt. All those attitudes for just asking for a receipt, that just show you how he has no manner at all. read more
