She gave us wrong instructions and totally left us confused- instead of our insistence to paste fedex pouch with label on return envelope, she suggested to leave the labels open in the envelope! This did not sound right so we asked for more time, did our own research on the internet and finally did it the right way. Service at fedex locations elsewhere is much better.

It is now Wednesday at 4:08 P.M. and their tracker still shows the package at their facility, claiming to deliver by 5:00 PM today (though they contracted to deliver by 5:00 PM yesterday).
