This has to be the worst post office that every existed in the history of post offices. I have…read moreexperienced not receiving mail, having mail show up at someone else's house (and not just a couple things occasionally like the entire days worth of mail about once a month or so), not having my mail delivered, etc. The delivery person they have has been continually opening out mail box so violently that our mailbox's door feel off. They shove packages into our mailbox that I have no clue how they fit in since it takes me hours to pull it out, maybe they should get a job packing suitcases for people or something where squeezing things in tight places is actually needed. I don't understand how hard it is to get off your butt and walk to a porch and then go back to sitting on your butt. Most recently they just leaned a package against our mailbox on a windy day and it blew away and I had to go hunt for it. So to the post office, when you win your award for worst post office in the history of post offices don't forget to thank me for giving you this bad review that got you the chance at winning that reward.

Very Fast at getting me out of there quickly. I still usually go with priority shipping, but find ground working very well also. Everyone there is very polite, and very knowledgeable. I hear others complain about the cost of shipping, my view is you can ship from Pennsylvania to California way cheaper than getting a meal at Burger King. It is really amazing when you think about it.

The whole purpose of the mail hold service is to ensure your mail is safely kept and then delivered once I return. I had to follow up multiple times and opened cases to find out what happened, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The office said they delivered it, but I never received my mails so I lost all my mails for that entire two weeks hold. I have important medical mails that was lost. They told me to just call the medical facility to resend. But now my personal information are compromised because this post office delivered my mails somewhere else. Looking at the reviews, it seems pretty common for mails to get lost or mishandled by the delivery. That should be investigated.

The employee that worked their told me very rudely that the don't tape boxes for free. They could have nicely told to make sure I tape it next time. I was so embarrassed. I will never go there again.
