I would love to say that this post office is great, but it is the total opposite! They deliver the…read moremail to other houses, throw the packages onto the porch and they sometimes scan packages and they show as delivered then they either don't show up at all of they might show up a few days later. You never know! The one carrier likes to harass your dogs (not realizing that he's on camera and that you are in the house looking at them) He also likes to curse and carry on and will complain to you how much he hates his job. Its awesome! Another issue I had was someone was taking my packages and the Post Master, instead of doing her job, told me that I should just ask the people I purchased from for a refund and if I couldn't get one to let her know... I let her know and she NEVER got back to me. So, the moral of the story here is that the people at this post office are rude and don't want to do the job they get paid to do.

My wife was on the phone with the manager trying to resolve an express mail refund. The staff…read moredenied certain details of the original encounter with an acquaintance of ours resulting in the phone call. The manager, who did not identify himself by name, constantly interrupted my wife, was uncooperative, and was very condescending. My wife tried her best to explain the details of the issue and the manager kept cutting her off attempting to answer but his answer did not correlate with the details my wife could not get out due to his interruptions. I intervened the call simply to explain that he did not fully understand and should allow my wife to finish what she repeatedly tried to say. He then interrupted me. While trying to talk over him to tell him this is a mutual respect thing in the conversation. He cut me off. Then said my wife did it first. She didn't, but okay. I said this is not professional and he should be respectful. Would you believe it, he cut me off and said I was disrespectful. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the senior at that location. I asked for the phone number for the next manager up from him. He said I can get it from the internet and he didn't have to listen to this. Then hung up. This unnamed manager is not a good representation of this establishment and I can see where the rest of the staff takes their lead. Not a good one mind you. They have a two star rating. Not sure if I'm surprised or impressed given all I've heard and personally dealt with with the employees of that location. Bottom line, if you have to go out of your way, cross state lines, cross treacherous terrain, risk life limb and eyesight to get your postal needs fulfilled. Sacrifice your first born. Donate all your organs while still healthy and living. Commit felonies. Smoke Crack cocaine for the first time. Saw of your own foot. Repeatedly submit yourself to waterboarding. Peel back your finger nails and rip your own hair and teeth out. Just to get to a different location, it will be for the best.
