Or you could drive all the way out 512 to the location in the industrial park, but that's kind of a PIA. So, enter the (yo-yo) westside location as a great alternative. Friendly staff coupled with ample parking (park in the back of the building ideally) make this location to me the ideal choice for the rare times that I have to go postal in life.

We paid $197.05 to ship it back home and was told by a female supervisor that it would require additional air packing on both sides of the frame, and we agreed with her. The female clerk ringing up the transaction did not know what she was doing and had to ask for assitance multiple times. I asked the clerk multiple times before leaving and she reassured me that the additional air packing would be added to the box, to ensure the item would be packaged appropriately and arrive intact. We received the package yesterday and the frame is scratched and damaged, the glass all shattered. When we opened the box the air packing that we were promised WAS NOT inside the box, hence why the frame was not only shattered but the shattered glass also scratched up the custom frame. I called the store directly this morning and initially spoke to Jimmy. Jimmy, you were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with you. He told me the owner would contact me and he did. What is REALLY disturbing is that from the moment I answered my phone the owner was yelling at me, berating me, and blaming me for the damaged item. First of all, you are a business owner, act like one. He DID NOT AT ALL listen to what I was trying to explain to him regarding the fact that the frame was not packaged with the proper packing. All he did was argue with me and did not offer any assistance towards a solution to this problem at any time during this phone call. I cannot believe that owners like him get away with such behavior, lack of professionalism, and still run a business. Why am I doing this review? So other people do not experience what we did. Choose wisely before doing business here. Yes, it is a fragile item and I run a risk in shipping it. However, this is their business and this is what they do on a daily basis. They failed to include the air packing, the box was not tagged with "Fragile" stickers, which ultimately resulted in my frame being damaged and shattered. The owner failed to even admit that, let alone take responsibility for it.

I would have given 5-Stars but the $1,400 warranty I was sold with the sale is a little sketchy. This is for the Wynn's Warranty. Nothing major, the struts were worn which isn't terrible, not expensive and easy fix. My mechanic wrote up the paperwork, $260 to replace them with parts included. This warranty company I feel is more or less kinda like a borderline scam. Extremely hard to get them to pay for legit claims clearly stated they cover in their terms. Again, Reliable Auto Consultants was pleasant to deal with. The Wynns Warranty I was sold, not so much. But after a little searching online the warranty company they use is apparently a complete joke. I couldn't find a higher rating then 2/5 and tons of complaints, like thousands. I wish I would have knew beforehand and I could have saved $1,400 on financing. This much hassle for a $260 repair. My advice would be to try and find other warranty companies that you find good reviews for and have good ratings. Besides that, I would recommend Reliable Auto Consultants.

Last July I drove down from upstate New York to buy a 2015 Mazda CX9 I saw on the internet from…read moreReliable Car Connection. Since there was no guarantee, I wanted assurance there were no mechanical problems. I was told one of their mechanics had checked the car thoroughly and there were no issues. So I bought the car and started my drive home. Since the gas gauge showed an almost empty tank, i stopped at a gas station for gas. First problem, I could not open the cover latch of the gas tank. I had to borrow a screw driver and pry the cover open. The cover latch spring was broken. As soon as I left the station, several people honked their horns at me and pointed to the rear of the car. They said I was leaking gas all over the road. I thought it was because I overfilled the tank and drove on. However, after about 5 minutes of driving I noticed my gas tank now only had half a tank of gas. I filled the gas tank again with the same problem. I obviously had a gas leak, But I needed to get home that day so I only stopped for gas when almost empty and added only half a tank. But there was another problem, a red light kept flashing on my dash. I checked the manual and discovered I had a low oil pressure warning problem. I checked the oil fill gauge every time I got gas and did not lose any oil. But the engine started to misfire so I drove a slow 50 miles per hour. There is more. When it became dark I turned on my headlights but the road was still very dark so I had to use my high beams the rest of the way home. I finally arrived home late in the evening. The next day I took the Mazda to my mechanic for a thorough inspection. He found a big hole in the gas tank, faulty oil pressure sensor, engine misfiring because of worn spark plugs and wiring harness. and burned out headlights. I called Reliable Car Connection with the results of this inspection and they said they would send me a check for $500 to replace the gas tank, that was all. So I had to pay over $2,000 for the needed repairs. So much for the thorough inspection of my Mazda by Reliable Car Connection. The Mazda I bought was unsafe. The leaking gas tank could have resulted in a serious fire and personal injury. Thankfully that did not happen. The failure to replace the faulty oil pressure sensor could have resulted in major damage to the engine. It remains to be seen if that is the case. The burnt out headlights made night driving very dangerous. Based on my negative experience detailed above, it's obvious I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a car from (UN) Reliable Car Connection.
