My previous landscaper abandoned me when he became too busy with larger (more expensive) jobs. My yard became overgrown, and I had to fire that guy. After searching high and low, I received a recommendation to call Todd. Todd came out the same day, gave me a reasonable quote (at no cost), and had my yard back in shape in no time. He and his crew have me on their rotation now, so I don't even need to call and ask for service. Great service, reasonable prices, and the owner is first-class.

After weeks of searching and putting my name on Angi's list, I got a call from Luke, who sent me a contract agreement over DocuSign. It was very professional and straightforward. Contractors came by near the date originally agreed to, but at least kept me in the loop as to their schedule. My yard has always had accelerated soil erosion and because of that I've never been able to find the main control box for my sprinkler system. Well, their bulldozer found it for me the morning they were laying concrete, and it broke the box. Not really their fault as I'd been living here two years and it had been buried over a foot beneath the surface. Anyway, they were able to arrange a sprinkler repair contractor to come by and fix the problem. The concrete was otherwise poured according to schedule and it looks great! I was able to take the displaced topsoil and distribute it onto low points in my yard anyhow. I feel the price was fair, the work was done timely and the driveway looks great! If you're looking for a solid contractor to do some of the smaller, residential concrete jobs, and want someone who is actually bonded and insured, I would highly recommend Luke Garcia Concrete.

They were pretty old to begin with, so it's not a huge loss but they did it without clearing it with me first. The initial meet suggested they would take their machinery through a fence section but during the job they decided to go through the gate instead. The old gate used to close, and now no longer does and will have to be completely replaced. It's a tight spot, so I don't really blame them but I'm not totally happy about it and won't use them again. That said, they did excellent work and all their employees were professional and friendly but a little communication would have gone a long way.
