What do you do though when you've waited almost a year for items and your questions are ignored? What do you do when your emails are ignored so you go to their social media page to ask questions and then they block you? What do you do when this company takes your money, but they make zero effort in filling your order or explaining to you what's going on? Well, you point out that taking someone's money and then providing them with not product that you said you would is theft. This company has nice products, which really sucks because they are going to steal from others who are sucked in by the great products. They will take the chance and get burned by these thieves just like hundreds of others have been. Do yourself a favor and go to a different company for your clothing. You are rolling the dice and risking them stealing from you too if you give them your business. We are out over $265 and are left being able to do almost nothing. Update as of March 1, 2022. I finally got an email from someone saying they were the new customer care rep for WCG clothing. In the email they did and said everything I would have expected from a solid, legit company. They apologized for the wait. They told me which shirts were in stock and could be sent, which ones needed printing and which ones could no longer be made. They asked me to pick 4 new shirts to replace those that could not be made any longer. They shipped those 4 with the other shirts that were ready to go and I finally got my order on March 1. I'm updating my review SOLELY on the effort made by this one individual to right this issue almost a year to the day that I made my original order. As I said above, this company makes a good product, unfortunately their customer service was horrible, at least it was until this new individual took over to handle things in that area. They are the only reason I'm giving this business a 3 star review. WCG, if you read these you owe a HUGE thank you to your new employee. I'm just bothered that instead of handling this situation like this six months ago you guys chose to block me and ignore every question I had to try and find out what was going on with my order. You lost my business and many other people's business......I will still no longer patronize WCG, but at least I can say that one employee there did what a good business person should have done to try and make things right. To them I say thank you very much!!!!
