Delivery was faster than expected. And the quality was exceptional. Even the packaging was thoughtfully done. The product had the feel of a high-end boutique printers, but with the convenience/low-price of a mass market/online store. The people are very nice, but DO NOT go here if you need to print anything out using their…read morecomputers. They charge per minute you're online and their computers are SLOW. It took a few minutes alone to load the Internet. And in order to print one of my pages, the computer refused and made me download a program onto their computer, which I was unable to do as well. They also charge a dollar per page you print; if possible, go to a public library to use a printer. It would cost a few cents as opposed to a dollar. A dollar isn't a lot but when printing many pages, it adds up. I spent around $10 printing only 4 pages.

It was a lot to handle so I knew I was going to take it to the counter so someone could scan them for me. I saw that the girl at the counter was available and not helping anyone so I brought the boxes/packages to the counter and the girl started scanning the packages and informed me that there were self service kiosks for customers to use. I think she mentioned this because she thought I should have taken everything to the self service kiosk and scan them myself? Even though the kiosks were occupied when I came and she was available...So I told her I do use the kiosk sometimes but this time there were so many packages and she was available, etc. and then she got an attitude so I stopped talking. So here's my issues...the girl was unprofessional (her attitude) and didn't seem very helpful as she seemed to imply that I should scan all the packages myself while she stood behind the counter doing nothing. I have used the kiosk plenty of times in the past and prefer to so I don't have to interact with unhelpful employees like her but sometimes it's just easier for me to take everything to the front for them to scan and I would hope they would do their job without making it seem like I'm burdening them or that I should be doing this myself or really both. If people don't want to do their job then just quit so I have no choice but to use the kiosks. Also, I checked the status of all the packages and 6 out of 9 were picked up by UPS but 3 were not picked up for some reason. I'm attaching the receipt with this info...the ones with check marks have been picked up by UPS. The other three have been scanned into the system but not picked up by UPS. I've been going to this store since it opened, and my packages were always accepted by an…read moreassociate. Last week when I went in, I was rudely told to use the kiosk. It was an Amazon return, but it said to hand to an associate , she took it, but I could tell she wasn't happy about it. Since then, I've used the kiosk twice. I watched while the employees stood there watching everyone scan their own items. So I guess now we're doing their job? I'm not always comfortable leaving my packages in a bin where they can be easily removed. Not a fan of how this new system is working and some of the employees in here are great, but some are quite rude.

After a few months of washing the design started to peel, and the quality of the shirt wasn't very good. I needed more so I decided to go back a year later only because of the decent turn around and because I also like supporting local businesses. Big mistake. I had a deadline which was about 3 weeks. I was promised they'd be done. No, no they were not done by the time I needed them. I actually didn't receive my first batch of shirts until a little over 2 months later. Then the rest of them I received 3 months later. Some of my shirts i had customized for my customers, and they were wrong. I was offered a discount, but I'm still not happy with the experience. There is no excuse for them to take that long. I will never be back, and I will never refer anyone over to get shirts done by this company. Now don't get me wrong, they look great. But we'll see how they hold up over time.
