It was an Amazon return, but it said to hand to an associate , she took it, but I could tell she wasn't happy about it. Since then, I've used the kiosk twice. I watched while the employees stood there watching everyone scan their own items. So I guess now we're doing their job? I'm not always comfortable leaving my packages in a bin where they can be easily removed. Not a fan of how this new system is working and some of the employees in here are great, but some are quite rude.

I opted to not use the Kiosk due to the sizes of two of the boxes and proceeded to the counter. I was rudely received by an associate who said ALL AMAZON RETURNS HAVE TO GO THROUGH SELF SERVE.... This could not be any further from the truth, on the return page it clearly states hand the package to an associate and they will scan it and provide you with a receipt. If you don't want to do business with Amazon, opt out or something, don't be ignorant to a customer following the specific instructions provided. This store has absolutely no customer service training, it would have been quicker to just scan the items and provide the receipt like you are paid to do instead of standing there chit chatting with another employee, sorry I interrupted your gossip session.

Staff is responsive and proactive with every task. We have used them for shipping an impossible-sized package (which arrived safely and intact during the horrible 2020 Xmas season), for simple drop offs, and for printing.
