Guess I got a little too mean and said "lol great company" which I will take fault I should of just not wrote back. well he got triggered by my short little comment and said some wonderful things about me :) coming from a grown man (maybe in his 50's) to say these things off a little email. Well, maybe your in the wrong business. *update he calls me after I posted this review pretty much telling me to take this down. How I am now "crossing boundaries" as a person to do this to him and the company. I'm sorry but the email he sent to me was crossing boundaries. Tells you a lot about who this person is.

I'd heard good things, so I figured let's give them a try and, boy, I'm so glad I did! Mark was the gentleman who greeted me at the counter and he said he could have the suit ready in 2 days and would call or email me to notify me when it's done- I thought he was joking. I mean, the place is PAKED with racks and racks of clothes. So, who has time to call or email someone to tell them when a garment is ready? I never heard of such a thing. Well, wouldn't you know it, the very NEXT DAY, I got an email from Signature Dry Cleaners advising me that my son's suit was ready! That's a full day earlier than expected! AMAZING! And I was a first time customer...no repeat business...no big spender. No real excuse for anyone to be nice to me and that's what makes Signature Cleaners a 5 star place in my opinion. I just brought with me to Illinois one of the very large pieces they had framed They offer a unique and perfect system for hanging a piece which makes it very easy to level. In my move I lost some of the hardware. They graciously sent me replacement pieces and I am so happy to have the wonderfully framed peace now hanging again with me in my temporary apartment in Illinois.
