I came with a package and a handwritten address / sender so I transfer it on a label. He said don't worry about a label, I'll do it. He took both package & paper and gave me a receipt. Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service.

I was able to ship products quick enough although there was a line, however, he managed to get everyone processed quickly. Good job on being very efficient and productive. Went to buy bubble wrap and cashier was not able to find my email or customer account number to take advantage of discount coupon had received in the email the day before. As a matter of fact receive almost daily emails to that address. Cashier made no attempt to solicit help from store manager and I was running short on time so just paid full price. Worse yet cashier never said thank you when transaction was completed. Receipt number is #14829. Let it be known they have lost any business in the future since this laptop plus two others were purchased from staples and an IPAD am purchasing tomorrow.
