Everyone at this location is extremely patient and helpful. Never a bad experience when I come here. Unlike other locations where it just seems like you're a bother if you're there waiting to be serviced. My favorite is Lauren, always such a warm greeting from her. Stopped by this location for the first time tonight. The employee was polite and knew what he was doing. All I had to do was drop off a box to ship out of state and it was a piece of cake. UPS is terrible. So, am part of a wine club that ships from California. I also work for a living, therefore I am not home during the day M-F. Will UPS deliver after 6pm? NO. Will UPS deliver on the weekends? NO. Will they leave it at my door? NO. So I make arrangements to pick it up and they charge me $5 for shipping I have already paid for. Thank goodness for this UPS store! After the Mailbox Pack and Ship at Village West closed, I wasn't sure where to go in the neighborhood when I needed a post office. I saw this location when I was at Target and gave it a try, and am I glad I did. The owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful (the polar opposite of the owner at the Mailbox Pack and Ship at Village West). You can drop off pre-posted Amazon UPS returns and obviously ship via UPS. Also, you can ship anything via USPS so this is a one-stop shipping location. A+ read more

This location provides terrible customer service. They won't print a drop-off receipt and won't help the customers. I had an issue printing a label and per UPS customer service was directed to the UPS Store, upon arriving there the employee there would not help or provide support. Instead he told me take my package somewhere else. I bought shipping tape from there and for him to place my own tape on the box he charged me $1. No receipts + terrible customer service. I would not recommend. Stay away from this location. The local Staples office is more friendly and helpful with UPS services. read more

I have been to this store three times to drop off packages with prepaid labels during the past two years. Every single time the store refused to give me a drop off receipt. I was told it's their store policy. I did leave the package there last time, without getting a receipt, in order to catch the pickup truck at 6. However I do feel this store policy is unreasonable and is a bad business practice. When you take something from the customer, you SHOULD give out a receipt to the customer stating the package is now in the possession of UPS. Hypothetically, what if a package is missing between customer drop off and truck pick up? In this case I think UPS (including the store) should take the responsibility. But without a receipt, how can a customer proves that he/she did give the package to the store? read more

I've used this location several times and have always gotten excellent, courteous service. I've shipped odd sized items that had to be packed and shipped, and got accurate estimates of the cost beforehand. I have no complaints, and think the staff that works there do a great job. read more
