I would say these two ladies provide the excellent customer service I do for my customers. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, and pleasant. There is a new young man working there that I have witnessed interacting with other customers. He seemed to be inconvenienced and did not offer other suggestions but let the customers guess at the choices. He did not have the same hard-working motivation that the ladies posses. He also seemed disinterested when being trained (again, I frequent this location frequently). Tonight he was polite although he got upset when the phone rang and sighed heavily with a "Jesus Christ!" before answering the phone. There were two small children present with their parent. I didn't appreciate that. The phone is part of the business and these are customers on the other end. I would welcome the business. Minuteman Press is convenient and the ladies are friendly and helpful to my needs! It's nice to be welcomed and recognized and my needs anticipated. I will give this young man another chance. I came with a package and a handwritten address / sender so I transfer it on a label. He said don't worry about a label, I'll do it. He took both package & paper and gave me a receipt. Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service.
