Staples is an office supply chain that sells electronics, printers, and furniture. This location can be found off of MacArthur Rd in the Whitehall Square shopping center. I stopped in today to recycle my old computer monitor. The process was super easy and the guy at the service counter was most helpful. There was no charge for the monitor and they gave me a $5 coupon. read more

Any unsubscribe from their emails and have tried multiple times. Every time I click on the unsubscribe link from their email, it continually loads and times out. I have done this from numerous different computers and from my phone and it never works. Plus they don't match online pricing. read more

NEVER do they know at the check out what deals they have in the store. The sign said buy two get one free, didn't come up at register but sign was within sight of the cashier AND the manager she called. They both didn't know what to do.......I left my over $100 items in the basket and walked. I don't have time for this---if it only happened once---BUT EVERY TIME I GO THERE it happens---usually when I'm buying paper. One time the manager had the nerve to say they didn't have "time" to change the signs so they couldn't sell it to me for what the sign said. I also had a coupon for $25 off my statement---when I asked how we could prove we used it when we paid our statement I was met with deer in the headlight looks from both. I talked to three people and finally the floor manager went into the main managers office to get the answer......what a mess. I buy online from now on and NOT from Staples. read more

Visited the store to pick up just a few school items that are on sale. I couldn't find what I wanted, went to service desk and not only did I get pointed in the right direction, an associate, Rynique, walked me over to the area. When the item was not located she went to ask the store manager if it might be in another place. What great customer service from a young person. I also visited the Print Center and there AJ helped me at the self service machines. Refreshing to find kind associates. Great job Staples. read more

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but I had to share this one. My experience dealing with Staples Whitehall was extremely poor. I had placed an order for printing one evening and needed to make sure it was done that same night. I had called to double check this and a young woman on the phone seemed like she didn't want anything to do with me. I was extremely polite and courteous, however she was quite the opposite. It almost seemed like she didn't have the time of day to (one) Answer the phone call and (two) interact with the customer at all. Then, I had gone that same night even though it was busy, and had to speak with the manager about finishing up my order. Granted, it was extremely busy, but I just could not comprehend the ordeal on the phone and then arrive to Staples and raise my voice and speak to the manager to get things done. Unbelievable. After working in this location for over a year I was severely mistreated by management. This store is a joke and will push you to buy everything you do not need. Copy centers numbered quadrupled when I was managing and never received anything for it. Staples corporation will keep all your paid time off that you've earned and refuses to pay anyone out after leaving. All the men managers are paid $3-$5 more than any and all the females. The most sexist jobs I have ever been involved with. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

I do a lot of commercial business with this location, receipt books, invoices, printing services. I'm happy over all, their attention to detail has saved me from some costly mistakes, and their follow up ensures I don't forget anything I've left in their care. I'm happy with them. read more

This is the second or third time I've been here. For a computer illiterate person as myself this place does not make me feel small or insignificant in any way. I've always been very polite they've helped me print things out for my phone they've helped me change my screen on my phone they're very helpful I've ship things from here as well. And as I said they've always been super polite and nice and never made me feel like I was thinking less because I'm not very illiterate when it comes to computers. I was apologize to several times for the weight because they were busy the second time which makes me very happy that they understand and they were doing the best they could to get caught up. We all know places that just don't care and they will let the line stay long. But you never felt like they were rushing you at the same time so that is a great feeling thank you again Staples for your great job read more

Went in today and the manager short lady with a pixie cut was so rude I had to say hi myself and when I asked where an item was she sounded very miserable to tell me where it was, like she didn't want to be there. Then the employee at the cashier it said she was in training was EXTREMELY rude she was careless and had no sense of customer service. I was soo disappointed! Please treat your customers better read more

Sales associates including the manager don't look happy and seem not interested in their job. Don't have regular printer ink cartridges in stock. Sorry to say that Staples is on the decline. It's competitor has the upper hand for now. read more

Have placed several print orders before and never had an experience without a problem. They have forgotten or misplaced orders in the past. Most recent order couldn't be completed because they were "too busy" and "would have to work too hard" to get it to me by the date/time promised online. No-brainer to take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Have been using it for two years, come to mail things a lot, print out big photos, as well as buy stationary. Exceptionally patient and friendly staff, especially the people operating all these machines at the copy/ mail center. read more
