Every so often, you throw a Hail Mary and it actually works despite the odds stacked against you…read more That's how I feel about my experience with Sell 4 Less. I dropped off my completely dead iPhone XS Max with Nic. I'd spent the last weekend watching it get stuck in a pattern of trying to reboot, overheat, and then ultimately die and refuse to turn back on. I expected Nic to tell me that it was toast. From my first interaction with him, I felt comfortable, which is important when you hand over what's essentially become another limb to a stranger in hopes it can be fixed. He is very easy to work with, great attitude, put me right at ease. But even more importantly, he's very talented. Within a day or two, my phone is back in my hands, back from the dead. I am so grateful that Nic has saved me from spending a ton of money on a new phone and cannot recommend him enough.

I was told it would only take a week to be fixed and I walked out of the store with high hopes. Long story short, it took them over three weeks to fix it, they charged me an extra $40s than the price that was given to me when I first dropped it off. They forgot to give me back my power cord and after just two days of having my PS4 back it stopped working again. I brought it back and told them that it still wasn't fixed, they took it back apologized and informed me of a potential $30 service charge to fix it. At this point I put my foot down and told them exactly what I put in this review. They refixed my PS4 for free and I haven't had an issue with it since. I don't plan on EVER using computer wizard's service again.

I never felt i was taken advantage of and when talking to out of state friends who also work with computers they felt i was fairly taken care of which to me was a big endorsement. Is kind is crazy to me, I pay 11$ an hr for a mechanic to look over my truck. Not a computer. I just think the prices are way too high. Overall I ended up paying 867$ for my compter to be fixed, when a couple 100$ more I could have bought a brand new Mac. And i couldn't even get all my files on my hard drive back. And the drive wasn't even damaged, only the screen was damaged. You pay 65$ when you drop it off, then they called me back to order the screen I could have paid the full bill of 460$, but I decided to pay 220$. And then I was told an 110$ N hour for labor and they'll charge me 4 hrs off the bat. I doubt it even take that long if they're as professional as they say. But then I ended up paying another 580$ when I picked it up. So your telling me another 5 hrs to bypass to get me to get apple again. Idk, it is what it is now. But I believe I was taken advantage of.

We had to describe the complaints my sibling has repeated for a little over a year now. The guys instantly said they were almost positive they knew what was wrong and asked if we had a few minutes to wait. And in those few minutes they fixed the issue and just charged us a diagnostic fee. We had expected needing to replace/buy something for the tower. (My father and I were getting it fixed as a surprise for my sibling's birthday.) the honesty from them was incredibly refreshing. Also, they were very helpful in just moving the tower about. It was heavy and my father's arm was in a sling from a recent surgery. I would have moved it but they politely offered to remove it from the car and place it back in once it was repaired. I strongly recommend going here if you need you computers fixed. (We were also recommended to go there.)
