I brought in a friend's phone because he could not receive my calls. I suspected that it was blocked but could not figure out how to change the settings. I did not specifically say this. The first thing the repair guys said was - the glass is cracked and it has the antenna so it needs to be replaced. I asked what if it's not the glass. the receptionists said then we will put the old glass back on. (odd) i said what if the phone still does not work? we went round and round. So i left it and came back - the glass was replaced and it still did not work. NOW they checked by calling with their phone and with my phone and low and behold it was blocked. AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO UNBLOCK IT! Do I get an apology? no I get defensiveness. "This is not what we do to check if its blocked". (Excuse me - that is what you just did). The professional thing to do was to take the least expensive option first. And by the way $120.00????? I could have gotten the glass replaced for a lot less... NEVER AGAIN! read more

Very polite, totally incompetent! Gave up the phone to replace the battery (challenging) and he broke the touch screen. Not only that, it was returned with 0% charge. I wouldn't trust them to change a dog collar. read more

Great service and my phone screen was fixed the same day, highly recommended for all your phone repair needs.

At just under $100, I expected for at least decent parts to be used on my phone. Unfortunately, the touch screen was entirely too sensitive, not allowing touch sensitive controls to be used and the screen easily cracked. Now I am stuck with a worse break than before. For the price, I should have gone to the Apple Store and paid the full price for a repair. The transaction itself was hassle free. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the quality was awful. I would not recommend this place for phone repairs. read more

If I can give 0 stars I could brought my phone here to get repaired. My screen was cracked and the screen was black but everything else seemed to be in tact, I left the same day after they "fixed" it and my screen just fell off my phone. So I returned the next day and they said it wasn't their fault but they'll fix it "complimentary" even though they broke it, my screen popped off again a few weeks later so I returned and they proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem even though I payed $200 and they messed up my phone. Do not do business with them horrible rude people and RIP OFF! Absolutely disgusting. read more
